Every year the Cowboys fans want the newest, shiniest toy and just like wins/losses they completely over react. It used it be David Shaw but his shine wore off when Riley came around and eventually Riley’s shine will wear off and they’ll be on to the next college coach with zero NFL experience.

I don't want a coach like Riley who is focused on just the offensive side of the ball.

Rather have a defensive guru if the coach is on one side of the ball. With the money, Dallas has wrapped up on offense any coordinator worth a darn can put up points.
