No doubt. I had a friend asking me last week how in the world Dallas would replace TO's production. I showed him his game by game numbers, and how T.O. had like five-straight 30-yard games and the friend was like, 'Whoa. He only had three good games. Why is everyone making it such a big deal that he's gone?'

T.O.'s still a good player; certainly good enough to be on this team. I think he's still better than Roy Williams, and most certainly better than Crayton. Williams has a chance to surpass him this year, but he has to prove a TON to ever consider ranking Roy ahead of T.O. Regardless, T.O. isn't the top-of-the-line wideout he was in 2007. Yes, his production has dropped off considerably since then, as probably can be expected with a player of his age.

Would I prefer to have his talent here? Certainly. Because even if he's only 3/4 as good as he was in 2007, he's still a top 20 wideout. But he's no Pro Bowl player anymore -- a fact that will only be underscored by having Trent freaking Edwards as his quarterback.

Like I said earlier, he had great games against scrub teams. Big games he came up short. But the hidden messages in his PC are all too familiar and he just hasn't learned after all this time.

Im not really defending him. I wanted him gone and Im well aware he will blow up. But I think a lot of people are gay for him.

I know Tony is too mature to stoop to Terrell's level, but I hope he rips T.O. after tomorrow night if he plays well vs. Carolina and Dallas wins.

Something like, say if a reporter asks him a T.O.-related question, Tony responds with a smile on his face, "Oh sure, Terrell had a great game yesterday. How many catches again? I lost count."

If Romo ever rips T.O., lets hope it's after a playoff win.

Here's my problem with the way Owens handles this stuff. True, "I just run the plays that are called" in and of itself is not necessarily a bash. But there is an undeniable hidden message behind that. And Owens -- and any other pro athlete -- knows it when they're conveying a message like that.

Most other players answer those questions something to the degree of: "Look, I missed all of preseason and my timing is off with Trent. We just weren't on the same page, whether it was him missing me or me not being where he expected me to be. Our offense as a whole just isn't in rhythm and it's something we'll work to improve."

But Owens doesn't answer questions that way 9 out of 10 times. He all but removes him from the situation, as if him going catchless isn't in the least his fault. It never is. As he made abundantly clear last year, he's open. He always is. The QB just can't find him or the right plays to get him the ball aren't called or he doesn't get the ball enough. Just don't look at him when things go wrong; it's clearly everyone else ****** up.

In the grand scheme, these comments aren't earth shattering. But they certainly give any fan listening to them a little bit of a squeamish feeling, as you can't help but wonder when he'll blow up. Because at some point, he always has.

1) I'm pretty sure someone with "mamacita" in their username isn't a "guy".

2) T.O. dissed Romo via Twitter recently. And he implied (also via Twitter) that Romo and Garrett were the reason he was cut.

Round of applause for you. Everytime TO has a bad game his threads are long as hell, but I always hear that he should be forgotten. From the looks of it, everybody lost in the situation.
