One note: Rockport has a vote in the All Pro voting.

Oh, but he first has to play mother may I with you, huh...wasn't it you who shot your last pard'na? And after only a speeding ticket? You were just looking after his good, right? Then don't claim entrapment...hand to hand in that scenario are dug transactions. I'd worry if they tell you to have a seat.

I haven't been talking crap all season about Jerry, McCoy, or Prescott...the Cowboys will still win Sunday!:starspin:

The word dug should be drug transaction in the hypothetical situation. As to projection, this is experience of mine, but humor. Just to imply a non-negative and towards a projected insultive stance. I don't start by intention, a whipping boy stance.

That was a normal sequence of an incident.

When is the last time we had this many All-Pro selections between the 1st and 2nd teams?
I'm not sure, but we usually kill it on the 3rd team.

The refs must have a say in the voting, lol.
If Parsons got even 1/4 of the holds called in his favor he would dominate the league like we've never seen because linemen would be forced to stop holding him every play. He would be first team easily and Dallas would be 14-3 right now with the 1 seed. That's what the anti-Cowboys ref bias has cost us just this year alone.

But I read right here Zack Martin was slipping. More like nagging injuries and carrying the players on each side of him. Looks like another all decade team and early entry to Canton.
OLine is one of those positions you can make it on name recognition alone as there aren't a lot of definitive stats available. Martin is still a very good player, but his level of play wasn't as dominant vs prior years. However, he's still one of the better guards in the NFL.

Micah deserves it over TJ Watt. Watt may have the sacks but his double team % was half of what Micahs was!
Watt is going to be the leave Def player of the year. He does it all and plays the run much better than Parsons.
As for double teams, it’s hard to double an OLB in the 3-4 except to help with a RB or TE. Micah would be a great OLB in the 3-4.

Charvarious Ward made 2nd team. Remember him?

Bobby Wagner 2nd team. The guy still has it and should have been signed by the Cowboys in the offseason.

Aubrey, Mims, and Madubuike are all Collin County guys. Other DFW guys - Maxx Crosby, Tyler Smith, and Myles Garrett.

We had no chance at Wagner. This is one of the maddening takes that keeps coming up.

When he first left Seattle he took out an ad to the city and said he’d be coming back home tomorrow I finish his career.

His entire family is there. Wife, kids, all of them. No one moved when he left Seattle.

It was a done deal and short of offering him like 20 million, no one was going to get him to go anywhere but back home.

Prescott is correctly 2nd team All Pro.

It is a mix of the lack of depth and poor quality at the quarterback position compared with years gone by, the quality of the o-line, defensive stops/turnovers, Lamb as a receiver, soft schedule/awful pass defenses and he has crushed his play against all those bad teams to massage his stats so the poor play against good teams/defenses gets mostly overlooked.

He's vastly overrated in my view yet he fully deserves 2nd team All Pro this season which as previously mentioned, speaks volumes for the state of the quality of quarterback play in the modern game.
Nah its speaks volumes that you don't know ball, and to still call him overrated just homers that point.

Lol. Did you know that before Watt got 2 holding calls after this article was posted that he only had 2 holds in 1,100+ pass rushes (he had 550+ this season)? That's 2 holds in 2 years of pass rushers, an average of 1 per year. With the 2 recent ones Watt doubled the average to 2 per year. How many does Micah have this year? 2. So BOTH Watt and Parsons average 2 holding calls per year for the recent data we have. And Watt was pushing 20 sacks despite all that.

See why I ask people for even a little data to back up their whines? So stop the victim nonsense.

Trent Williiams is still very dominant for his age. Feels like he has been in the league even longer than his age.

Damn crazy to see Tyron. About to start his 14th game this season and makes 2nd team all pro all in a season in which half this forum was calling for him to get cut or traded.
You and I both know why a certain faction of our fanbase was heaping blame on Tyron (and the rest of the o line, for that matter)

Have the cowboys ever had a team with 3 all pro offensive linemen in the same season?

Or 9 total all pros in the same season?

Is that a "Cowboys record" for all pros?

Is 9 All Pros more impressive than the often mentioned "record 13 pro bowlers" back in 2007?

Asking for a friend....
