Yes, that's how it works in this country.

Could he have touched her? Sure. But show me. Prove it to me. I am certainly open to the possibility he did it. But give me more than circumstantial evidence that relies heavily on the statement of a girl who was proven to have lied about facts surrounding this case.
That proof is required in a court of law but not to qualify as a violation of the Personal Conduct Policy. Circumstantial evidence is enough.

I

These are 20 year old kids. Probably lying on both sides.

While I can see not enough evidence to prosecute I can see enough under the wide latitude of the personal conduct policy to suspend and I believe why he was.

Believe what you will. But until further evidence I support the 4 panel decision conclusion.

And I support the Constitution - Innocent until proven guilty.

Yes because all the evidence thats been public really proves he did something

A panel of investigators made up of 3 lawyers and one ex player unanimously decided there was enough evidence to violate the NFL Personal Conduct Policy despite the local authorities dropping the case. Without their decision I was leaning the other direction.

He is innocent until proven guilty. Thats how America works bro.
Again, that's in a court of law.

Two separate issues we're discussing.

There can be a violation of the PC Policy without a guilty plea or conviction in court,

You didn't read any of the evidence, or you just chose to ignore it. You haven't read any of the excerpts from said report, or you chose to ignore it. You're are laughable.

I'm just as laughable as the NFL panel and commissioners office.
And you seem intent on discrediting the messenger instead of the message.

Stop posting. Because you are embarrassing yourself.

Right? It's actually sad... like the league has never gotten anything wrong. The league preys on people like that. He should root for another team since Jerry brought this all on himself with all the bad dudes. I'm pretty sure we passed on his pet cat to draft Zeke and that's where all this hate is coming from. He feels vindicated. Yet Roger never even met with Zeke. Yep let's go ahead and believe everything the league is selling. Oh just like how they went after the NFLPA for "victim shaming" where there clearly wasn't any. But yes this "unbiased" independent panel. Laughable

Zeke is innocent until proven otherwise. The personal conduct policy doesn't give the NFL the rights to do be a judge and jury like a court of law. They are overstepping their boundaries.

Besides, the policy seems to apply towards cases that has gone to court. Zeke's case didn't even go to a court of law. So how can the conduct policy apply to Zeke if it didn't even reach a court of law?

If the message was real I'd give it credit. yet based on the comments and evidence, and the fact Roger didn't even meet with them, oh and all the affidavits and texts messages and her getting into a bar fight, the only message the league is sending is that they will side with any ratchet when the ALL the evidence points to Zeke not having anything to do with it. But go ahead put all your faith in this panel. You obviously haven't read any of the report that's been leaked. Let's ask why the NFL refuses to release the report? Maybe, because it would contradict their stance? Nah couldn't be. But go ahead live under a rock.

Personal conduct policy is NFL's policy procedures. However, Zeke's case is domestic violence. The NFL isn't equipped to handle domestic violence cases. It should be up to authorities to decide what is domestic violence or not. Authorities didn't even press charges against Zeke. So your saying that the NFL knows more about DV than authorities specializing in cases like this?
