If after 1991 the Cowboys did nothing to improve the team, do they win the SB in 1992? Just the addition of Charles Haley was more than they do now. This reminds me of the 2016 season, and the nothing they did following that year. No urgency to get better at all. If we go on any run, it's pure luck.
