Nope. Not even top 10.
You'll have to forgive us if we don't exactly take a Skins fans word for it when it comes to Romo. The fact that you have Palmer, Manning, and Warner on there over Romo tells me all I need to know.
Now with that said since the question was top 5 right now the answer is no. He's not top 5 right now, IMO.
I'd have Manning, Brady, Brees, Favre, and Rivers as my top 5. Romo would come in there somewhere between 6-10 for me and that is just fine by me.

Why? He's won 2 Super Bowls.
I believe the question was right now, at this point in the season, not what they've done over their career. If we're taking the whole sum of their career into count then someone better be making a serious case for Kurt Warner. 3 Superbowl appearances, a Superbowl title, and loads of yards and TDs. But, again, that wasn't the question.

Oh, ok. And we're just suppose to believe it because you said it? Sorry but, no.

You know you are going to be crucified for this.
I do not agree with your list. Romo should be between 4 and 7 in my opinion. Not the very best in the league but good enough to win the big one if everything else is in place.
I have him at 6-10 right now so I'm pretty much with you there. I think, right now, that 4-5 would be too high.

If Romo could only be as good as Eli and BradyQuinn....
Oh that's right, he's just a "more mobile Bulger" without TO. That comment and the Quinn delusions really give your QB opinions boatloads of credibility.
You mean he had credibility when it came to QBs to begin with? I didn't realise he ever had any to lose.

So the fact Drew Brees has also thrown more picks and has more fumbles than Romo are no big deal? Heck Romo throws a pick and the board goes nuts
Brees is still a big part of his team being undefeated and I think people will overlook mistakes like that in cases like that.

Keep your fingers crossed after all the important thing is being right.
For him, and a few others, that is sadly the case. Of course he'll claim otherwise while neatly showing that being right is still very important to him.

yes he does. He's made that perfectly clear.

And people wounder why others question them being fans? :laugh2: Post like this is the reason why. It appears Tony Romo failure is what is important to McCordsville that way his own prediction is right even if it comes at the expense of the team.
Nah not at all dawg! He'll be representing the team and hoping they win. But of course he's right so they won't cause Tony will blow it thus proving he's right. Didn't you know that?
Typical, same old, song and dance. He wants the team to win but they're going to lose cause of one player. Afterall football isn't a team sport anymore. I guess some people didn't get that memo.
Doomsday101;3086120 said:
That really depends on the team as much as it does Tony. Does not change the fact that the post comes off as being more concerned with being right then the team doing good. I really don't get you, you slobber over Quinn yet rake Romo over the coals.
It's stupidity at its finest. He's another poster who doesn't believe it's a team game, when he's talking about Romo, but boy will he be quick to point out to you that Quinn sucking it up has nothing to do with Quinn and everything to do with his team.
See how that works? It's a team sport when it's convient for the argument but only when it's convient for the argument being in his (and to be fair a few other posters as well) favor.
