As Sunday approaches, your game-day menus please

Not going to be able to sleep anyway. So, I have two pork shoulders I'm going to cook slow. 180 to about 225degreese. I'll put them on about 3AM and they should be ready around 4PM. Plenty of potato salad and slaw. We will have four loafs of fresh yeast bread as my wife will make sure. Tea for the young ones, "Summer Slice wine" for the ladies and a keg just for us fellas. if you leave hungry it's your own fault...lol!!

Pork is always good. Not sleeping either. Staying up to study depth charts for both teams. I sacrifice so much for you fine mens . . .

I'll be in the club hall of fame drinking all day. Like stone cold used to say....one beer..shot of vodka another beer..shot of vodka...another beer....another beer...shot of vodka....another beer. YOU GET THE GIST lol

I'll be eating all day too. I can't wait for Sunday.
 
Smoked chicken breast, shrimp abt's, mac n' cheese, sauteed spinach, cherry pie and jim beam.

Maybe a couple PBR's mixed in.
