Russ is not a leader of men. Russ never had the full respect of his teammates in Seattle or Denver. Russ doesn't run an offense that is on schedule. Cooper Rush did and Dak came back and had to admit he can learn from that. Russ wants to "cook" ...which means off-script twirl plays.
