Everyone likes to gripe about Bill Parcells and how this team gets rid of talent (AB and Henson...please!). These are the same people that say we're going to the SB this year. You can't have it both ways. Unless you're a talent evaluator, stop acting like you know what's truly going on. It's because of the recent success of the Parcells Era front office that this team's in contention. Stop complaining and enjoy the ride.

What your numbers don't show is what a great garbage time receiver AB is. He really tears it up after the game is out of hand! Every team needs someone like that!!

I mean this in the nicest way. I just wish folks would realize that Henson is just not the answer at QB. He is nothing special. The fact that he played at Michigan with Brady has clouded too many people's judgement. We tried, it did not work out, and this very interesting young QB named Tony Romo fell in our laps. It looks like we have Drew's replacement without using a high pick and he is already getting seasoned. Great situation.

Training camp was over Sunday. Henson was still here until today.

And Hopefully, it will be my last word on the subject.

I hope we get some value out of him but I doubt we will.

I expect he will be releaced.

I have been a big fan of his since we signed him. This is not to say that I have been against Bledsoe or Romo but I wanted to see him do well.

Now he is gone and I wish him well. I hope he finds a good place to land and I will always pull for him, as a former Cowboy, unless he is against us.

I hope Bledsoe stays healthy, leads us to big things this year and puts together the kind of season that will get him a real shot at getting into the HOF.

I hope Romo continues to improve and I hope we have seriously found a diamond in the rough. I hope he does turn out to be our future.

I believe Bill did what he thought best. Not every decision he makes will be the right one but I believe he will always do what he thinks is best. I believe he will have more right decision then wrong ones and that's all you can ask. In the end, this decision may also turn out to be the right one.

I was right about Henson too, but in a way I'm not happy because the team lost...a pick, salary cap dollars, development time and a roster spot.
