Big Mac does not get the credit he deserves imo….

1. The culture of the team has changed
2. He has empowered and supported his assistant coaches
3. He has not made the team’s success about him
4. He has handled Jerry’s World and all that comes with it with grace, humility, and respect
5. He has this team winning down the stretch… despite the offense scuffling

Hell of a rebound year considering how bad things went last year

2 hall of fame QBs will do that for ya. Even if you have no idea how to manage a clock.

Favre led the NFL in INTS (29) and went 4-12 the season before MM took over. Two seasons later Favre and MM went 13-3 and took GB to the NFC Championship game.

Rogers wasn't what he is now when MM took over the Packers. Didn't you watch what happened to him in the draft? You can make the argument MM developed him and had a big influence on how Rogers turned out as a QB.

Impressive. Here’s hoping he pads this already impressive stat.

BH - insightful statistic.
Us Cowboys Fans Oldheads recall that Walsh was anointed the innovative genius, and Gibbs was revered as the grinding taskmaster, as their 49ers \ Commanders teams were the NFL's elite during the 1980s through the early 1990s.
Clearly Andy Reid is the benchmark \standard bearer for league coaches in the 21st century...100+ regular season wins with two franchises - one in each conference - plus conference championships and Super Bowl appearances with both.

Daboyz' ultimate dream. Defeating Green Bay. Wodgers got away with one per Dez "catch". He's tormented Dallas since 2007. Moving forward. Green Bay's two playoff victories over Dallas knocked out Cowboys teams that finished w/12-4 & 13-3 records, respectively.

Not only would defeating GB be the ultimate karma for Cowboys nation, but it would also be the ultimate karma for Coach McCarthy. After all, cry baby Wodgers had him fired!
Are you sure that's your ultimate dream?
