Its like Zeke never happened

Its like Zeke never happened
The eagles will jump is like they did for fletcher cox.Or the Eagles will take him at 30 and laugh
Hopefully he has less pride abd makes a few more guys miss to last longer. If he is there ....... I take him ....... think of young Zeke with this D.

Well, no.....but it's the loss of an opportunity to draft a more important position with a 1st rd pick.Yes, if this team is serious about being a run first team, yes over and over again yes. And yes the team just got out of a bad deal, but is it hurting the team? Has dallas risked the future? Is the Elliot contract keeping the team from taking on the wr they wanted and a all pro cb?
I’d do that abd bring back zeke for 3 more years.Well, no.....but it's the loss of an opportunity to draft a more important position with a 1st rd pick.
If u want to get the ground game pumping and stabilized....draft the Northwestern OT or Georgia OT, even if we play them at guard for a year or two. Build the line, with guys that will be here for a decade....so that the running lanes are bigger, an lesser backs will still have success.
Asset allocation is as much about what u spend limited high picks on, as what u spend money on. It's not like I'm just pulling this out of thin air....almost all GMs now are acting on this principle. Just want Jerruh and Fredo to catch up, or at least hire someone smarter than them.
The word is he won't get to 15
I think and this is just my opinion I’d describe as if you combine zeke and pollard you get Robinson from what I’ve saw online and on tv he’s got a good compliment of speed and powerIf he is there ....... I take him ....... think of young Zeke with this D.

Because of positional value at best he goes in the teens Robinson.I think you're going by positional value
One, I am not sure Philly even takes him in the first round. If they do it will probably be with their later pick. They have basically said in the past that they don't see value in pouring assets into the TB position (hence why when Sanders was a FA, they didn't even flirt with any of the better TBs, instead taking a flier on a cheap Penny).I can’t argue that five years of an elite RB with an option for a 6th on Franchise tag isn’t worth a second half of the first round type of pick.
He’s got incredible instincts and while he’s not a burner, he’s got enough speed to get some big runs.
Eagles need an RB pretty bad, if they take him at 10 or drop down a few and still get him, we’re going to be hating it.
Bijan is likely to be can’t miss and whil you absolutely can get great play out of a 3-4th round back, it’s still a roll of the dice:
If he’s there when we pick, I take him without a second thought and we have an elite backfield player his year
Give me an OL, DT and TE and I’m thrilled with the draft
I would be just as happy with a RB taken in the 2nd or 3rd, but if we get Bijan at our spot, im happy, if for no other reason than I don’t want him in the division and the Eagles would take him at 30 no doubt.
Who are these pundits?Don't like comparing WRs and RBs.
I have heard numerous pundits say Bijan is better than Barkley and is the best RB of last 8 years.
No NFL team picks players to keep them away from other teams. Philly isn't taking Robinson to keep him from us. They would take him because they really like him and think he's the best player at that pick for them.Robinson isn't going to on the board at 26. If no other team the Eagles will make sure he doesn't get to Dallas.
More discussion should be about 2nd-4th round RBs, Robinson talk to Dallas is a waste of time imho.
Bijan is not dropping out of the Top 10 picks. Jerry is not trading all the way up into the Top 10 just for a RB. Bijan is a pipe dream. It's not going to happen. Time to close this thread. Sorry.
They needed Goedert because they played a lot of two TE sets. And Ertz was getting older. They have pick #10. Pick 31 is just gravy to them. I can see if they didn't have pick #10. I can see them trading up a few spots just so that we don't get that player. Plus they could use him too. They did it to us before with TE Dallas Goedert. They didn't need a TE.
He is not a generational talent.Same was said about Lamb, and he plays a positional that teams value, running back value is shown by Super Bowl winners to be non existent. I don't even love if they take him and he's a generational talent.
He was in Philly today. They rather draft him than play against him as a Cowboy. No NFL team picks players to keep them away from other teams. Philly isn't taking Robinson to keep him from us. They would take him because they really like him and think he's the best player at that pick for them.
Show data or shut upHistory does NOT say don't take QBs in RD1.
History may say it's a 25 to 50% proposition at best, but History says that's the best chance you have to get a franchise QB...as in, a SB winning quality QB.... because you'll NEVER get one in free agency (teams just don't let them go), and trying to get one in later rounds is akin to winning the lottery.
But when you luck out and get that elite franchise QB, your in the SuperBowl mix for the next 15 years. When you luck out and find a franchise RB in the first round, he's washed up by the time he's 27....and teams like Giants, Titans, and even Cowboys have shown that allPro running back play guarantees you nothing.
Let's get a 10 year player with our Rd1 pick....
