It would have been interesting in seeing what might have been if Rodgers had not torn his Achilles in the first quarter of the first game last season. That said, he walked into the Jets situation posing as the final nail in Saleh's coffin.

I think that would have just led to Saleh being stabbed in the back one season early. Never quite understood what Rodgers problem with the man was.

I’d be inclined to bring back Mike if we can bring in a bonafide QB coach/OC. I also wouldn’t be sad if we hired a new OL coach. And then if Zimm decides to retire just promote Al Harris. He’s proven himself. Aside from bringing back Mike it’s a crap shoot and does it really matter with the Jones boys running the show?

If it doesn’t really matter with the Jones boys running the Big Top, which I agree with, why not try something new?

Robert Saleh attempted to hold Aaron Rodgers accountable at times.. Rodgers disagreed about taking a planned trip to Egypt instead of attending a mandatory minicamp. Saleh fined him for missing it.

Saleh recommended Rodgers change his pre-snap cadence, which was thought through off the offense's timing and created penalties. Rodgers did not agree with that assessment as well.

Narcissists like Rodgers to not agree with being compliant. It is a trait that caused friction in Green Bay too.
