OMG! How much did this guy get paid to regurgitate those 10? I mean what about Flores, Johnson or how about our very own Al Harris? C'mon Jason Witten?? Really? Absolutely no thought put into this click bait B.S.
I agree - I mean mention so much about offense and not include Ben Johnson?????

Gruden, Pederson - why bother with those retreads? Although I think Gruden is a guy who could handle Jerry very well and get his way over Jerry if he wanted. They said a lot of the Gruden stuff was manufactured anyway and that players had a much different view of him - I don't know myself, that's just what I heard.

I still think frank Reich is a good coach and just had a horrible situation. I'd give him a second chance. Same with Saleh.

We could halve hired Payton or Harbaugh or Vrabel or Belichick in the last couple years, look at that list lol. I know Vrabel is on it but he's going to the Pats now.
Vrabel is the only one not making 10+ million per year. Jerry wants his guy making 3-4 million

1. Jon Gruden
2. Vance Joseph
3. Kellen Moore
4. Matt Nagy
5.Doug Pederson
6. Frank Reich
7. Robert Saleh
8. Mike Vrabel
9. Jason Witten
10. Mike Zimmer

Choices considered by the DallasEast/Jerry Jones Brain Machine! (patent pending)

"Nope!"

"Uh uh."

"Well, Kellen did train under my Tom Landry."

"Matty's my type."

"There is another ex-Super Bowl winning head coach available? Right now? ~writes name down~

"No."

"Suuieepig no."

"Hell to the no."

~starts humming to himself~ "You got to know when to hold 'em. Know when to fold 'em..."

"Can I be 100% sure Mikey doesn't have a smidgen of Jimmy still in him..?"
I think Moore or Pederson would be the most obvious. Moore because he's an up-and-coming coordinator with ties to us and Pederson because he's won a Super Bowl. Both of those are criteria that are important to the Joneses.

Whoops, let off Gruden, who also is a Super Bowl-winning coach.

Gruden is a true Jerry type of hire and would make sense. He runs the same style of scheme as MM. "DAK FRIENDLY" and Jerry can promote the heck out of Chucky. Also on Jerrys list would be Kingsbury and the USC HC Lincoln Riley, whom he has a close friendship with. Riley has shown that he has no allegiances to a team and would leave USC if Jerry called. Thats a name that should be on the list above.

Jason Witten for me, don't care a damn about NFL coaching experience. He is a winner and has what it takes to win.

Mike Vrabel or Ben Johnson in my book. I would take Vrabel if they are committed to running the ball and

As much as I love Witten as a player, the dude is a Highschool HC. That hire would be an extreme reach and a big ask. Saleh, Gruden, Lincoln Riley, Kliff Kingsbury, Zimmer. We can narrow it down to THOSE 5. With Zim, I think hes retiring. Hes tired, and has other things in his life to occupy his time.

For those of us that don't want MM back, I think the longer it drags on without us hearing anything---it increases the chances of us being disappointed. I fear it means they are working out contract details.

From that list I'd take Vrabel. I really don't want KM back
I agree but looking at what Jerry might do s far as HIS list, Vrabel wouldn't be on it. In my opinion. Jerry has friendships with Kingsbury and Riley.

I doubt Zim has the stamina to be HC and husband of a woman young enough to be his granddaughter.

Doesn’t a person actually have to win something to be labeled a “winner “?? I love Witten as a player as much as anyone, but this narrative is silly. Witten has no business being anywhere near an NFL HC search for now. Want to bring him in as the TE coach? Sure, I’m all for it.
