That's a valid point.
And if he (Garrett) were fired after Sunday... I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. I can see the justification either way. I don't think it's cut & dry.
Regardless of the record. I think Wade was a car-wreck as a HC. His success was achieved off of a roster built by Parcells.
But worse, this team quit on Phillips. Not just once, but several times, like the "We Quit" game to close out the 2008 season.
Loses are one thing, but when the whole team quits, that's something else entirely.
I've never seen the team quit under Garrett... That I'll give him credit for.
