So you aren't willing to pay this loser 59 million one time, but you are willing to pay him 55 million 4 or 5 times. ??? There is NOTHING about this off-season that I'm even the least bit confident about. I'm feeling the same exact way about Booger and Chuckles right now as I am with Dodgers Manager Dave Roberts in the post season...if there is a button to push, you can damn well bet they'll push the wrong one. You can bet that EVERY FA signing, will be someone that another team has deemed past their prime, and no longer a building block.

It's called Garbage time. We were beaten so badly, that the other team let Dak feast on their second stringers early. That is why the final score make it look like the game was closer than it was. Garbage time literally started in the 3rd quarter instead of 4th quarter in this game.
They didnt rest their starters until the 4th. The team was scoring before that. The problem is that again the defense at that was giving up far too many TDs. The idea that garbage started in the 3rd only holds because the defense was that horrendous to a historical level. The idea of getting a TD of 6 of 7 possessions in the playoffs is a rare occurrence already. That is historical levels of ineptitude. The difference between the Cowboys offense and multiple other teams that managed a comeback (see the 49ers twice and the Chiefs in the SB just to name a couple) was that the defense stopped being horrible.

Now you’re just reaching because you know you are wrong about Dak again. Just so you know a first round QB doesn’t mean anything to me that’s just you putting words in someone else’s mouth when you have nothing. Glad you’re loving those hollow stats.
They for sure need to get a qb with worse stats. It's very doable. They can do it. Don't you agree?

Jerry is so bad at negotiating, he thinks by having no talks fans actually believe he's willing to move on from Dak Prescott. We all know he'll buckle at the last second and make him the highest paid player in the league. He did it with Dak already and Zeke.

No they need a QB that doesn’t melt down in the playoffs and can carry a team I could not care less about his stats or regular season numbers. If Dak can magically change what he is and win something meaningful the discussion ends, it’s to the point where fans are happy with a CCG appearance and that seems to be your take. As long as Dak is the QB and he repeating his playoff mediocrity and incompetence the debate will continue.

Some see it through a different Lens, that last 5:54 was magical, and all that matters please remember it was everyone else’s fault you can’t expect a QB to carry all those all pro’s can you

if we were to release Dak, after June 1st, do you think any team would sign him to a QB reset deal? in other words would a team pay him 60 plus a year?
No way. No one will sign Kirk or Dak to a 60 APY contract. No one wants an older QB who has injury issues and doesn’t win in the playoffs.

Zach Wilson is your man. A 1st round qb and I guarantee that you won't see any drop off from him in the playoffs. The Jets would trade him for Prescott.

Actually GB had 10 drives and scored 6 times (They got another TD on the Dak pick 6).

The whole team just got discouraged because dak choked away the game again in the 1st half. Like he has the the majority of our playoff games with him as our QB. You should look at his fist half playoff stats, horrible.

You have nothing so throw out some BS reply. I said nothing about 1 round picks that’s your fictional reply, it’s ok we understand you’re a full blown homer who can’t see the forest because of all the trees, really sad and hard to believe you actually believe what you say.

Worse than a troll. lol. Why engage that poster? To him, nothing is ever wrong with the team, everything is fine.

Hey, did you see them 12 wins and flop against a 7th seed team in the playoffs? It was awesome!

Lol, what's funny are the people that give up on a good qb and can't think clearly.

Nothing is ever wrong? How about getting caught without good linebackers and having bad dtackle play? How about our center? Can you see or are you blind?

8 years so far, how many more he need, does 8 more work for you? LMAO, you enjoy fantasy land and all those stats and Jerry’s drafting acumen.

Don't fall for it. He will get a long term extension that thoroughly nauseates you. It's a guarantee.
I know deep down that you are right about this. But I'm going to live in denial a little longer. I'm going to pretend the Cowboys restructure his contact and cut him loose after next season. I would not gamble on mortgaging the future on Dak staying healthy and winning a championship next season.
