They can have him. He'll never behave himself in a party town like Miami. Just say no to turds.

But yes to turds on the field?

I forgot, you could give me 22 Roy Williamses and win a Super Bowl.

WE could have had Percy Harvin, Hakeem Nicks, Brandon Marshall and Anquan Boldin all for less than what we gave up for Roy...
How do you figure that since Harvin and Nicks were both 1st rounders in the same draft?

Harvin was off our Draft board anyway.

So we use our 1st on Nicks, our 2nd on Marshall, and a 3rd and 4th for Boldin and somehow that is less than a 1st, 3rd, and swap of 6th for 7th? Then throw in another 1st for Harvin and your fuzzy math just doesn't work.

He's rarely on the field due to continual suspensions. Of course, Jerry would set his rug on fire before he suspended anyone, so ...

Yeah and Parcells doesn't think like that. He loves his FOBs. If he didn't he would have gone after Kurt Warner instead of Vinny Green Junk.

True, but then is Brandon Marshall an FOB?

Damn, Warner would have been nice.

Would you trade Choice for their 1 if the player we really wanted was there?

I would have to say yes....knowing that leaves us thin at RB (especially given the injury history of Barber and Jones).
I would. why not? then I would trade down to get more picks or pick an IMPACT player. unless you think Choice is an IMPACT player and that would be a stretch. a very long stretch.

are you kidding me? the most talented WR in the league? you surely jest. I wouldn't put him in the top 10. he is a top 20 WR. dolphins over paid a little bit.

Yeah right Marshall is top 3 all day everyday.

Larry Fitz
Andre Johnson
Brandon Marshall
Reggie Wayne
Calvin Johnson
Steve Smith
Randy Moss
DeSean Jackson
Miles Austin
Greg Jennings
Marques Colston
Sidney Rice
Vincent Jackson
Chad Johnson

Marshall is easily top 3 dude.

Probably not, as we know what we have with Choice. Stick at #27 and pick a player.
are you kidding? what do we have in Choice? is he an impact type player? what if Earl Thomas was on the board at #12? or Haden? we have Felix Jones who every one is clamoring to start. we still have barber and you can pick a 3rd string RB in the 4th like we did with Choice and Barber. or do you think Choice is one of the best RBs in the league?

If someone offered me the choice of Calvin J or Marshall I think I'd go for Johnson every time, but Marshall is a top 5 receiver.

No, but he's like a 6th Olineman because he blocks downfield so well.

Please don't ever let that go.

Funniest **** I've ever read, we gave up a 1st, 3rd, and a 6th for downfield blocking help.

Real talk I could name 30 receivers better than Roy Williams.

Nope. Keep your draft picks and take a player.

But that is irrelevant to the comment of Choice over Barber, which was my only commentary point. Parcells clearly also went ofter non FOB guys, but if he had none of his guys out there.

Marco Rivera, Anthony Henry, just to name a couple.

But if there was a choice of a FOB or a non FOB...well, then we got FOBs like Adrian Murrell, Dedric Ward, Vinny Green Junk, Drew Bledsoe, Ryan Young, and Jason Fabini who you might remember could "play backwards and not give up 16 sacks."

LOL, top 20 WR? Some would argue he's a top 3, he's EASILY a top 10. Are you talking about the same Brandon Marshall? I dont understand people sometimes...top 20? TOP 20?

I probably was. I completely forgot to add a second 2nd rounder.

2 - 1sts, 2 - 2nds, 1 - 3rd, and 1 -4th is < 1 - 1st, 1 - 3rd, and the swap of a 6th for a 7th.

Did I finally get the equation right?

If we're gonna draft special teamers and JAGs this year then I'd rather we trade away our 1st for Atogwe, 2nd for Gaither, and a 6th for Ginn. We can use the rest on Linebackers of course.

Filed to ESPN: Brandon Marshall reaches agreement with Dolphins on four-year, $47.5 million extension, including $24 million guaranteed.

Adam_Schefter

Marshall signed his one-year, $2.5 million tender with Denver yesterday, so it's five years in Miami for total of $50 million. Wow.

So we're gonna draft a JAG at #27?
