Broaddus: A chance they will try to pass Darius Jackson through waivers

I dont think thats the point. People are saying why keep two other RBs with an injury history the size of phone book instead.
Because they are more ready to contribute? In a game where we rush 30 times a game...between Zeke and Morris...we are talking less than 5 snaps a game for a 3rd rb.

Why anyone would get worked up over a late round RB is beyond me. And I like Jackson. Can't teach speed.

Just because Lucky can run jet sweeps doesn't make him worth a F as a receiver. He's terrible at that. He is no replacement for what Dunbar brings.
Now, now
He did break up an interception

Lucky returns kicks and punts, plus can play some WR.....what exactly was Dunbar's role when healthy??

Still has to prove that on a consistent basis. Dunbar has shown he can get downfield and make catches.

Being the lead receiver on the team and a complete mismatch until he got hurt?

Did you even watch last year?

it's only Lucky's second year...what were you expecting last year with that crap we had a QB? he came to camp this year in with a little more mass and in great shape...I don't get the fascination with Dunbar...he catches one swing pass and goes for 10-15 yards and all of the sudden he is gods gift to the RB position. not too mention he can never stay healthy ever!

Well in preseason Lucky was still dropping passes in games I saw. (downfield)

Lance Dunbar can at least play when he's on the field. He'd be the one who'd get picked up the second after we cut him. Darius Jackson looks like a dime a dozen. I'd rather take our chances and if we're really left with just Alfred Morris being the only one healthy we can still sign someone to split carries with him. But I can assure you if Zeke and McFadden are out the season's probably as good as over anyways and Jackson wouldn't be some kind of savior.

He will end up on the Commanders and hurt us. Mark my words.

What's going to hurt Washington is letting go of Morris who will come back to haunt them twice a year.

I bet losing Romo has a lot to do with keeping Dunbar. He is an extra weapon at Dak's disposal.

This was my prediction when he was drafted. Try to get him through waivers. Lose him to another team. Watch him embarrass Zeke Elliott for the next 10 years.

Wow, nice reach there.

Have a good career and make the Dallas decision makers look bad? Maybe. (assuming this all actually goes down)

Go on to have a better career than Elliott? Not bloody likely mate, but you get an A for effort on trying to make Jerry look foolish.
