Blind hatred knows no bounds, it will not be ignored even when it makes no sense for a week.

Bryan broaddus on the postgame show made an excellent point. He said if you can blame the head coach for every loss but after every win it’s because of the players then you clearly are speaking from blind hatred of the head coach. By no means am I a fan of Garrett but some of y’all are looking like clowns with your takes on him
Well the rams helped jg and dallas team, by playing awful today.
I dont know what was wrong with goff and really the whole team, but they were awful.
I would have put the bk up in early on and ran more, replace gurley too, he didnt look right either.
It was kinda like they were throwing the game.

I want to win a SB. Don't give 2 ***** who is coaching.
I will root for Jason Garrett to win every football game that he ever coaches for the Dallas Cowboys. I hope he wins out and shoves a SB down the throats of all the people who care more about him getting fired then rooting for "their favorite team."

and? this is a "surface level" thing which boiled down is meaningless. of course there's a segment of people who will always feel garret sucks. sucks if we lose, sucks if we win. it's like broaddus took a football fortune cookie out and made that his headline of the day in some strange attempt to chide normal human behavior.

we are long past that platitude. long past. garret got all those benefits of doubt early on and "processed" them away. the fact we have a talented team is great. the fact we have a coach who doesn't know what to do with them and an owner who must inject himself into the mix after every game speaks for itself.

great. "GARRET" won. wheee. can he do it again? can he put together a strong season from start to finish?

again, we left credit for a single game behind a few years ago. but hey - i guess when you have nothing to say you rely on football fortune cookies.

Garrett keeping this team consistent is still a major problem of his. Can he have the team not come out flat against the Eagles next week and can be ever be consistent enough for the Cowboys to make a deep run in the playoffs meaning an NFC Championship game win/appearance and a Superbowl win. 10 years of no progress of making it past the divisional rounds is why Garrett has been criticized. Underperforming with a tea, this talented is why is has been criticized.

Well for 2019 he has 7 wins and 7 losses with 2 games to go. Yesterday's game was how we expected them to play most of their games. We need to see more not just the next 2 games but we need a couple playoff wins as well.

People are "clowns" because they have an opinion?

I certainly don't agree with a lot of opinions on here but that doesn't make the posters clowns.

JG holds the team together, but its clear he has very little with the game planning. Moore tried to get away from the run early in the game like he has the past 2 weeks. Dak took it into his own hands to kill them passing plays and keep the run going. JG could save his job by saving Moore from himself. We saw two different ends of the spectrum lastnight. One side was Moore running Elliot from 20-20 and then trying to go pass in the redzone. But Dak reading the defense killing them passing and taking the game over with the run. This shows real growth as a QB for Dak to kill so many plays to runs. I counted atleast 6 in the first half in the redzone.

This is Kitna coaching Dak on reading and recognizing tendencies. Moore is whats wrong with this offense, ive said it all season the guy just seems bipolar with his play calling. Tonight Dak took it back to 2016 where they had success. Running the ball, running screens, and taking what the defense is giving you in the pass. KNowing you dont have to force things because you have dependable people who can get it done for you by just doing what they do best.

You have a TE who is slow, but nobody seems to be able to cover him.
You have a OL who can blow up a defense when you allow them to attack.
You have a RB who teams just cant stop.
Now you have a RB who can come in kill a teams hopes later in the game with his speed.
Lets not forget you have one of the best #1 #2 punches in the game.

We saw the rams game plan to take away Cooper and Gallup thinking the team would try and force the pass, and Moore tried. Give Dak some props for keeping it simple. This what the Rams did to Dallas last yr. Ironic that its Dallas this yr essentially eliminating the Rams from the playoffs.

Yes give JG credit for keeping this team focused throughout the week. When the team looked like they were going to pack it up JG should get credit for holding the team down.

But this is a player win. Moore and Richard are a big problem.

Its actually not a weekly opinion. I'm perfectly fine looking at Garret's lack of accomplishments over the past 9 seasons, and saying he needs to go. The only foolish ones are the folks who think the Ram victory was an accomplishment that needs to be applauded.

Sure, he gets credit for this past 1 game and blame for the past 3 games. Can't get "fairer" or more "logical" than that.

Well, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. That pretty much describes JG's chances of beating winning teams. Good grief, one win vs. a winning team and Broaddus is back aboard JG's wagon -- that'll accrue some points with the homers! Guess it's ok for him to badmouth Garrett but not for others to do so?!

I blame Garrett for his feckless handling of players and discipline. I fault him for having the same mistakes happen over and over again and not doing anything about it.

Also notice that this was one game where literally everything went right for us and we didn’t have those mental miscues at critical times. However this team has shown that it cannot do that every week and what is more troublesome is that when things are going well they fold.

Let's all give him a clap.

He's taken a 12-4 team to 7-7.

If Garrett and Jerry Jones had addressed the kicker issue sooner than that's perhaps 2 or 3 more wins that the Cowboys have and then the Cowboys would have already clinched the NFC East if the Eagles were still 7-7. Coaching decisions has lead to this team needing to beat the Eagles next week for the division. When a better coach would have had the Cowboys in a comfortable lead in the division by now.

Who cares if Garrett gets credit or not for winning a game to go 7-7?

Honestly,

Garrett has and is being judged on the TOTALITY of his accomplishments. If he had gotten the cowboys to a Super Bowl during his 9 years as head coach. The overall discussion about him would likely be far different and he would likely have a larger number of fans defending him or wanting to keep him.

But he hasn’t.

When people say “Garrett should be fired”. They aren’t basing that judgment off one game
When the cowboys happen to lose.
