Maybe it's just me.....but they can have him. Guy as ZERO INTS in the last 40 games....
Probably will end up in the top 2 or 3 paid guys at his position.
He'll probably have a lot once he leaves the Cowboys. Lol.
We are supposed to build this defense not let it fall apart
This is what happens when Jerry pays certain other players #1 overall league position top pay. There is no room to keep the Byron Joneses of the team.
I say let him go, if he signs a huge deal Dallas will get a 4th comp pick. They still have Lewis and Awuzie. I would strongly consider a sign and trade for a 2nd or 3rd. He’s the top rated FA cb.
3rd round comp pick, yeah I will take that. If they want him that bad to pay him that much for a 3rd.
We have Lewis and Awuzie still, sign Brown to a 2 year deal. Draft a CB.
they have plenty of room, just a matter do they want to pay that high of a price or not.
Shouldnt be. Not physical and alergic to turn overs.
Yes, it helps if a player is willing to take less or seek highest possible offer elsewhere?
Overpaying average players keeps you from building the D.
Hey, get that $ BJ. DEN is in the AFC so cool, collect the comp, and find a scout who knows DBs cause DAL needs some...like 4 or 5 of them.
Mark my words, w/i 2-3 seasons DEN will be trying to dump his contract.
Big physical corners who shut down WRs are at a premium.
If Dak agent let's them know he won't play on tag, use it here and trade to Denver if they want him that bad. Get at least a 2nd since he would likey get 3rd comp pick.
Use 1st on best S available
Use 2nd on best CB available
Use 2nd from Denver on WR ( good place for Shenault Jr)
Let Cooper walk so you've saved cap and use it on D-line in FA.
If you guys are comfortable with Awuzie and Lewis being the #1 and #2 CBs on this team you're bat crazy - we'll get torched
Well, if you're comfortable w/ our DT's, you're cow dung crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This board doesn’t like Byron Jones because he didn’t have 2 or 3 interceptions a season so they deem him not good because of that.
I’m sure Jordan Lewis will have those 2 or 3 INTs they are looking for when he’s getting targeted all game.
