I don't think much of Ramsey as a quarterback, to be honest. There a few guys that haven't panned out that I'd be interested in, maybe a guy like David Carr. But I thought the selection of Ramsey was a bad pick the year he came out, and for those in chat at the time, can testify to my excitement that they -- in my opinion -- wasted a pick on the guy. He's not terrible, but not much to get excited about, either.

Gotta side with Ramsey here -- what are they doing with him? Gibbs brings in two QBs and wastes a ton of $$ to replace him. This kid could have developed in to a good bus driver -- Skins staff has really screwed him.

This is either a rather transparent bit of misdirection or the game has truly passed Gibbs by. Why on earth would you announce this a week in advance, even if the decision were made? Ramsey's injury gave Gibbs all the excuse he needed to be non-committal on who his starter would be. Why, then, not try to create uncertainty in the Cowboys' minds and make them prepare for both QBs? Sorry, but naming the starter a week in advance would be such an obvious coaching mistake that I have to believe that Gibbs is being intentionally misleading.
