He's rude and testy and it's totally unnecessary. Why do the job if you hate it so much?
He's opinionated for sure, but I'm sure a scout has to have that mentality. He gets along fine with everyone (Tay, Tiny Jim, Eatman, Nate all hang out with him at the office) other than Mickey. The half argument with Eagleton seemed a one off. They're usually a good combo

Wanting someone fired for having an opinion in a show based on opinions is plain silly. He has a stance and feels strongly about. Things are going to get heated and people may come across rude from time to time.

There would be A LOT of people fired or not invited back as guests (from the hundreds of programs just like the Break in all fields) if getting too passionate about expressing their opinion was considered out of line.

I had absolutely no problem with BB today.
It's not just today, although he was worse than usual.

I hope everybody doesnt forget that Dak is a rookie,of course he makes mistakes. It took Romo 3 years to get on the field and almost everybody including the FO thought the same of Dak when they drafted him.Dak is way ahead of the curve and is getting better and hopefully learning from mistakes.

I get that and I get that he is the overly opinionated curmudgeon of the group. But he is entitled to his opinion. Wanting him dismissed because you don't agree with what he's saying doesn't seem very kosher to me.

Isn't there a reason that he is a FORMER scout?

actually he was more than a scout though, In Jax and Dallas he was the director of player personnel and the assistant director of player personnel.

I think he chose not to scout to not be on the road to spend time with his son.

I don't have a real issue with Broaddus. Though it does nettle me that he thinks his opinions are generally better than they are. Like the idea that Dak wasn't showing things in camp and sufdenly he's a preseason "gamer." I don't think so. You just missed it somehow. Players have repeatedly said Dak displayed what he's displayed from day one. The same thing goes for his McFadden fascination. There's just not all that much there.

The reality is, there's only so much you can know from the outside, and a lot gets lost if you're not in the locker room or in the huddle.

So, he was not fired, he resigned?

I'm guessing she isn't Jewish, so kosher doesn't mean ****! :D

He is an ***hat and doesn't deserve to be talking Cowboys.

When did I say I don't agree with him?

Let me put this into perspective. Wanting BB dismissed for being passionate about his opinions is like anyone on this forum wanting another member of this forum banned because he or she doesn't agree with his or her opinion.

Interrupting while someone else is speaking is unprofessional to me. He has done it to callers too.

Seriously? Every sports radio host ever talks over callers.

Wasn't a big deal to me. I didn't see him get pouty. Didn't see him looking mad at the end of the show. I guess it's all perception.

It's not the passion that's the problem. It's the rudeness and grumpiness. Get another job if you don't like the one you have. This isn't new. He was just worse today.
