I don't think that would be possible since they don't even make transcripts of bench trials. The only trial transcripts came from a personal stenographer Hardy's team hired. The DA had to threaten to sue them just to have a look.

It would be possible but very hard. Both the police statement and Bench Trial testimony are sworn under penalty of perjury and clearly contradict each other. In reality, no one goes after that kind of offense but I'm sure Hardy's attorneys were clear to Holder's attorneys that it was something they could push if a legal brawl broke out. If Holder had filed a civil suit, Hardy could have countersued on something like libel or defamation while requesting a perjury charge.

When the DA talked about a settlement, its possible Hardy's attorneys reached an agreement with Holder that she wouldn't file a civil suit and they wouldn't pursue charges against her. Who knows, but its possible. Either way, Holder had a lot to worry about herself it the legal fight continued.
