Question: Have any of the receivers stood out to you?

Answer: Byron Jones: Well, Terrance Williams ... he always finds a way to break me off at the top of the route. I'm trying for my life to stay one him, but for some reason, he finds his way open. But I'm working my technique. I'm trying to get more physical.

Dez disappears as well.

It's the take what the defense gives us mentality instead of just getting the ball in our guys hands.

Tell me long stretches where Dez disappeared in games....

Please. This is a false equivalence. It's not just about what the defense gives you, the man himself said that he took plays off and that coaches and players have said the same thing. Come off it.

Dez used to disapear in the 2nd half of what seemed like every game.

Jones not only just a rookie, he's a rookie that is considered a bit raw technique-wise.

Wait till he has to see Dez in real speed and in pads.
Lol

His eyes will get wider than dish plates.
After getting used to T-Will, Dez will be like a Golden God once he has to defend against him.

Ice up rookie... You got work to do.
The great thing is he has the right head on his shoulders to go with the athleticism. He knows what he has to do and he acknowledges it every chance he gets.
That's a good thing. I expect this guy to be pretty amazing by Year 3. Always barring injury, of course.

Is this good or bad news?

Very good. Williams has obviously decided to take his trade to another level. Byron is getting in some good work to hone his cover abilities.

No it has nothing to do with some in here and their perceived vitriol for T-Will; like he's not worthy to even be playing WR for the Cowboys. I never understood that.

Taking what the defense gave us worked out pretty well for Romo last year I'd say.

We excelled because we imposed our will on the ground.

We've seen year after year what imposing our will through the air has gotten us and not using creative schemes like all the top teams besides Baltimore use.
