We definitely are.

He's suiting up for us at FS when he should be selling plyometric workout tapes.

I'll never understand how players draft stocks can rise or fall so much based on what they do in shorts, than the actual years of game film the scouts have on them.

Especially safety and defensive backs., that's like all awareness and football smarts and readings things quickly..

Yeah Deion was incredibly fast, but smart as hell too. He use to bait QBs all the time.

Simple answer is look how we as men overall over rate some women at times just because of their natural gifts. Well nowadays you don't know for sure but you get my point lol.

We need to stop drafting these 'project players' who we envision we can mold into something special. Draft guys who actually show up on tape.

He was probably the worst player on our D today...along with Jaylon Smith. Hurts, but it's true. Nolan Carrol out hurt. Put Jones back at CB and end this failed experiment. Sign a safety or two off waivers or someone's practice squad and get Heath BACK to Special teams where he belongs.

Look at the best safeties in this league, all big schools..

Maybe so, but he doesn't have the PHYSIQUE of a safety for crissakes. I can't for the LIFE of me believe that they think he can tackle at Safety. He doesn't WANT to do it for the love of pete. Just put him back at CB and end this misery. Like I said, Nolan Carrol is out so it's a good time.

Jones is a mediocre Cornerback asked to play safety, that is all. As a matter of fact, we don't have a reliable safety

He's not the athlete (in pads) people think he is. He doesn't have any play making instinct, and he's not physical enough. As another poster correctly called out in the game thread today he looks for creative ways to engage with blockers so he can avoid trying to make a tackle on a runner. Pure player to player evaluation, he was a worse DB pick than Claiborne.
