I don't think they will lose by 28 but I sure as hell wouldn't put 5K on it. They take the Cowboys out of their run first offense and make Dak play shootout, it could get ugly.

The question is what is the magic number that NO should lead by to get Linehan to blink and get all pass happy? The Cowboys won 3 in a row running the ball and they must do that against the Saints to have a chance. The Cowboys need body blows and lots of them.

no way they only win by 4. with our good pass rush brees will let it fly within 2 seconds. good luck trying to sack him. i say 38-17 Saints. brees with 5 Tds.

I think we're pretty close to the Saints in talent....except for two crucial areas.

QB. They have one of the all-time greats. Now, before I'm labeled a Dak-hater I just want to say that the book hasn't been written on Dak yet. He's only in year three. He is still a developing player. But you cannot argue that Brees is an all-time great. QB is the most important position in football. The Saints may have the best in the NFL.

Coaching. I actually think that most teams are pretty close in talent nowadays. What separates them is the coach putting the team in the right spots to win.

This is what gives the Saints an advantage on Thursday.

You don't have to be a Dak hater to say the Brees is one of the greatest QBs of all time.

Back to topic, I don't think and I certainly hope it won't be a blowout. I think Dallas' defense is a lot stouter than some give credit for. It feels to me like they are starting to come into their own too. I'm willing to bet they're up for the job.

Now, I say this with the understanding that the offense must also do their job. That is the major question mark in my opinion. Can the offense do enough to complement the defense?

This is the kind of game where the clear favorite rarely puts on the expected whoopin. Everyone assumes Dallas has no chance.......except the smart money gamblers.

I am half expecting a Dallas win outright and I would almost guarantee that they cover the spread in a close game. I am going to lay a little $$$ on the moneyline, some on the spread and parlay those two

the only way we have a chance is if we don't go down by double digits early in the game. if we are forced to go to a passing game to score points quickly, we are done. we have to keep the game close and run the ball to have a chance and shorten the game. if the score is 21-7 or 21-10 in the first half, it will get ugly quickly in the second half.

I’m still not a believer in this team. I’m of the mind that this win streak is fool’s gold. My guess is Dallas is competitive but loses by 7-10 in the end. A good old fashioned beat down by the Saints wouldn’t shock me tho.
