Camelot, The Borgias, Game of Thrones.

So it's 3 episodes so far then, right.

Technically yes, as aired it was 2, but Starz has broken it down into 3 and it's available on demand as 3.

There's no "technically" about it. It's three episodes.

The first episode first aired in February as a single episode.

You don't get that it was aired as a single continuous episode do you? You're too dense for words.

Technically it's one thing, in essence though it was a single episode (I shouldn't have to explain the difference to an adult, but it's not surprising considering who I'm talking to). I don't care if they showed part of it previously, when the show aired its premiere it was one single show, not two.

Maybe you can call up Starz and let them know they got it wrong on their website.

Starz can label it however they choose, it's their show, and they can distribute it as they please as well, never did I say otherwise. All I've ever said, which seems to be an affront to you for some reason, is that it aired as what was in ESSENCE a singular episode.

Rampant stupidity irks me.

It must be hard getting through the day considering you have to deal with yourself 24/7.

I watched about half of the third episode and it was okay.

Some of the things that happen make some of the characters seem a bit naive or not very smart.

I don't think I am going to like Morgan as the primary antagonist in this series. I think they need a really bad arse that is more interesting.

WHOA!!!!!!!!!!! You watched a current show? :eek:hno: :laugh2:

Haha

I'm out of things to marathon (besides Dexter Season 4), so I have been watching a lot of current stuff.

Three more days. I can't recall ever being this stoked about watching a TV show.

10 Reasons to Love Game of Thrones:

If you’re at all familiar with George R. R. Martin’s epic A Song of Ice and Fire novels, you’re probably already destined to watch HBO’s massively ambitious adaptation Game of Thrones when it premieres Sunday night. If you’re down for ****** epic fantasy in any way, you’ve probably already got your calendar marked and your TiVo programmed so you can watch the premiere over and over.

But if you’re still on the fence, or you’re considering that HBO subscription, or you’re just not sure what’s going on with this show, we’ve got you covered. First, take a look at my review of the premiere episode, “Winter is Coming,” then take a look at this list of 10 reasons why you’re guaranteed to love this show.

Tonight camelot was by far the best. Merlin uses sorcery. The way that excalibur got its name was cool

Just finished watching Episode 4 of Camelot, meh.

To me, there is nothing that forces me to keep watching the show. Right now, the only thing i'm interested in is finding out about Merlin's past. Right now, he is the only interesting character of the entire series.

Morgan is just a waste of a character. They need to introduce a more credible antagonist.

Also, the entire plot around Excalibur was just kind of dumb :) .

The concept was great, the execution was terrible.

I hate the way the guy who plays Merlin always walks and talks with his head tilted down and his eyes pointed up and forward.

It's such a cheesy way to imply "dangerous and moody".

Also there's no way ice that thick could also be that permeable to light. I guess the "its magic" argument works, but that's weak.

No, the concept was just as bad as the execution. You seek out a master swordsmith to make a sword for your king and then you kill him and his daughter :laugh2: .

Camelot better get better fast or Im out.

Yep.

Besides Merlin's past, there really isn't any other interesting storyline.

***SPOILER***

Master swordsmith with plot to kill the king builds the perfect sword to do so; plot foiled by Merlin; swordsmith's daughter (named Excalibur) runs from Merlin with the sword; daughter drowns in lake (to Merlin's shagrin, as he had no intention to kill her) and Merlin recovers the sword; Merlin names the sword Excalibur and creates the story of the lady of the lake.

Pretty cool idea, actually. But the execution was horrid.

Watching the first episode of Game of Thrones right now... That was some opening scene

What an excellent way to start the series.

Don't care for Khal Drogo or Catelyn Stark much, but the rest have just been spot on and the story has been remarkably faithful. Can't wait for next week.
