Can this team win a potential round 3 against Philly?

I don’t like our chances the way this defense is playing…but any given Sunday.

Unbelievably good luck with health on offense too, that’ll be a big factor in january. Even Jalen’s injury isn’t a huge deal for the playoffs

As excited as we are all about that win yesterday, that game was largely irrelevant because we arent going to win the division and Philly will clinch everything with a win against the Saints next week.

Hurts didnt play and the defense still gave up 27 points and was getting torched through the air. Unfortunately, we dont have any reinforcements coming to help our passing defense.

The solace we can take from that game was they came into that game mostly healthy on defense, and they couldnt do a thing to stop our own passing attack.

If we are going to get to where we want to go, we have to be able to beat this team, and most likely it will be in the Divisional Round. After what you saw on that football field, do you honestly believe we can beat that team in Philly with Jalen Hurts back or will this win be the highlight of our season?

Yes. Bottom line its the score at the end that counts. Our being able to hang 40 on them even with a gifted 7 shows we can do it.

To me the main thing Hurts would bring is some added running that would eat the clock up and give us less time to score.

That said, turnovers don’t mean points, we have shown a great ability to convert them in pts, as shown yesterday and thats a positive.

Can they? Yes. Who are the Eagles? They aren't some unstoppable team.

Will they? No. Now you have the revenge factor at play for the home team going up against a notorious loser like the Prescott led Cowboys in the divisional round. You would have to favor Philly.

Eagles 33
Cowboys 20

But again, if we have to play against Brady in the wild card round I don't think this game even happens.

Very good win. I think as long as Hurts is sidelined we can beat this team. And we really don't know how long he will be out. Those 4 turnovers were great but I don't think we would have been that fortunate with Hurts, although, the sanders fumble had nothing to do with the QB. One down 2 to go and the division and #1 seed are still within reach. I really don't want to face a healthy philly team at their stadium. Keep playing like this and we may not have to.

Yes, I've been seeing a bunch of WHY we won and excuses from their fans the media and some of ours. They didn't have their starting QB so what, we didn't hVe ours when we played first. Dak runs the east teams when he plays. We didn't hVe 2 of our 3 starting CBs, MLB, NT and Sam Williams. So absolutely we can

My heart says yes, but my mind says no. The Eagles, despite 4 turnovers and starting their back-up QB, played the Cowboys straight-up statistically. Neither defense was dominant, but having to contend with Hurts next meeting will place more pressure on the Cowboys run defense; I am not sure Dak can play any better than he did last night and the outcome might probably be different if he doesn’t complete that pass on 3rd and 30…and then we would be talking about the pick-six Dak threw as being the difference in the game.
And playing in Philly in January…that is probably an advantage to the Eagles as they’re used to playing in those conditions.

I don't see this defense going on the road in bad weather and beating the Eagles.

The Eagles won't turn the ball over 4 times again. Dak would have to be flawless just to keep up. He just isn't that guy. Every game he makes 2 or 3 bonehead plays, including yesterday.

He got away with it yesterday, but he won't in Philly. Can was really good overall yesterday. But the mistakes still stand out.

That being said, the bigger issue is the defense. Its not very good at all. And probably won't travel well. I'm not sure they beat Tom Brady on the road, as putrid as the Bucs are

If the Prescot who showed up after the pick 6 shows up, minus a couple of those other bone headed plays, yes I believe the Boys can win a third match with the Eagles.

Eagles are very weak on the backend. We can definitely score on them. I think it’ll come down to who has the ball last again the last two games are not give me

100% yes.

The Cowboys have solved Philadelphia's Defense. We could have scored 50 yesterday spotting them 10.

With Hurts @ QB, the game will look different but we will do whatever we want on Offense. We might be healthier on D by then as well.

I think we will absolutely roll them- IF we see then again.

However: I have no faith in the team vs quality outside of the NFCE.

well, if we lose this game, it would be a mental edge for Philly, that we beat you with our back up...but Dallas putting up 40 was the message that we will score on you....

if Hurts plays the next game when we play, it will be interesting...both teams will be ready. it will be an all out football war. the winner gets the NFCCG....
I view it as the opposite, losing a game that they probably think that they should’ve won will actually give them more incentive… But come on it’ll be the playoffs, you don’t need any more incentive

If both the Eagles and Cowboys play well, the Eagles will probably win because they’re a better team. That doesn’t mean that we don’t have a chance… Anything can happen. I mean in the Eagles Super Bowl, I think the patriots probably win that game 6 or 7 out of 10 times…
