There's only 1 elite QB still playing. Why? Because the great defenses in the NFL sent all the elite QBs home. Of course defense should be the main focus this offseason, followed by drafting a guard to replace Connor Williams.

The 9ers will eventually get lit up because their secondary is trash and they won’t get to play Dak or in a snow storm every week.

Always like your posts, so I respectively disagree as our Defense played very well considering all the 3 and outs and 2 series drives we turned out at the end of the year. Always on the field it seemed like and held up pretty well. Just my thoughts.

The 3 remaining defenses are nothing special. They aren’t way better than us. They’re all about the same. I don’t know what the Bengals are ranked but they don’t even show up in the top 15.

Can we just admit that this league isn’t built for defenses to be great and whatever you get from a defense is just a bonus.

Josh Allen lit the Chiefs up tonight and we didn’t even score a TD on those guys. That’s how far we are behind when it comes to competing against these type of teams.

So focus on defense all you want. Good luck getting through the playoffs and consistently stoping these top tier QBs.

If we want to win anything it needs to come from the offensive side of the ball. Anything the defense gives is a bonus.

Elite QBs win championships and defenses are just an accessory that you hope performs well.

It’s not the 90s and NFL rules are against teams playing defense.

Just last year the BEST Defense, TB, not only won the Super Bowl, but DOMINATED KC with Mahomes, and GB with Rogers, in back to back games!!!!!

The defense struggled in key moments in both the 49ers and Cards games. Let's also note they struggled for a bit against the Eagles backups in that last game too, giving up 17 points to the backups and Gardner Minshew in the first half.

The defense had a nice post season. I don’t deny that. But the only reason they got the opportunity is because of their QB.

I understand you point, but I disagree. The Chiefs, know how to use the run game. Dallas does not. Helaire, had a few good runs tonight and that setup their play action.

That and a Tight End that gets open on big plays and a wideout like Hillwho causes a D to focus on him after he burned them thereby taking pressure off Kelce

It’s all about the QB and how far the QB can take you. The defense is just an accessory to the QB.
