and if he's hit prior to going sub atomic, he's taken out of the fight
Even if he's just Ant-Man, not sub atomic, he can go thru the webbing.
Subatomic size, meaning smaller than an atom, makes Spidey's web inconsequential. At that size, Hank's dealing with individual atoms, which don't have the properties of molecules.
He could literally shrink to the size of an atom, go into Spidey's bloodstream and expand to full size inside him - exploding him from the inside out. Not that he would.
Ant Man sucks.
I can't believe so many people enjoy that character. The only reason it's even passable is because Paul Rudd is great.
If not for that the character would such just as much on the big screen as it does in the comics.
Spiderman has one huge advantage over Ant-Man that little or big Ant-Man can't do anything about.
Parker is an extremely smart person. Extremely.
He could, and would, gameplan for Ant-Man.
Ant-Man can not ever match him in intelligence and that's where he would ultimately lose his fight to Spiderman.
I'm bias here though. I actually like the Spiderman character and the Ant-Man character does nothing for me, other than the fact that it's Paul Rudd playing the role.
You can't believe what others believe? Well, that does suck.
"Parker is an extremely smart person. Extremely." Wasn't smart enough to avoid being bitten by a spider and then letting his Uncle die. lol.
he clearly wouldn't do that, so it's kind of irrelevant and I don't know why you guys think Spiderman's spider sense would not alert him that ant man, even at a subatomic size was about to harm him. Even moving 3 ft to the left would literally mean that ant man was to far away to harm him considering how long it would take him to travel at that size. If he's the size if an ant, sorry, that is not small enough that he can move through the webbing without potentially getting stuck
What if Ant-Man wasn't about to harm him? He could go up to him without any threat or danger. Then make a move as Giant Man and step on Spidey. lol.
you can't fool the spider sense...unless you're Venom...or Carnage...but that's it
Who's fooling? If Ant-Man goes up to him with no harm. Duh.
'Dr. Henry "Hank" Pym, is an American biochemist with extensive knowledge in various scientific fields'
but that's not the ant man in question
the scenario you described does involve harming him.
Okay, got me there lol
He basically repairs TVs and steals.....not as impressive as Hank lol
yea, while Parker is extremely intelligent, he's no Hank Pym, Tony Stark or Bruce Banner
Spider-Sense does not go off to those that Spider-Sense does not believe to be a threat.
In other words, someone has TO physically show they are a threat. Walking up to Spider-Man and being friendly last time I checked isn't considered a threat. Unless Spider-Man can read people's thoughts, which he can't.
Your reviews are worthless to me. Couldn't disagree more with anything you say
yea and during this 6 on 6 fight, he was a threat. Walking up, pretending to not be a threat and then going Giant would not work
It's funny you say this because I remember Ant-Man in the comics before the introduction of Scott Lang. The movie Ant-Man follows his comics' origin except about Hank Pym. Dr. Pym wasn't an old man when he allowed Lang to use his suit. In fact, he and his wife Janet (Wasp/Yellowjacket) were founding members of the Avengers.
Pym had a genius I.Q.--perhaps not quite as high as Stark's, Richards' or Banner's. Heck. Back in the comics generation when I purchased books, it was Pym, not Stark, who created Ultron! I'm digressing though. What's funny to me is that the current movies would be using Pym's character instead of Lang's if Marvel had never thought up Lang! Parker's I.Q. would trump Lang's but Peter's smarts wouldn't come close to matching Hank's.
/end trivia moment
Will he be the one there fighting Spider-Man?
If so then point taken.
But I'm going to go out on a limb and guess, much like in the Civil War movie, that he wasn't around when Ant-Man would need him to out think Parker.
But he absolutely could game plan with him ahead of time and help him out, without question.
