Dak has killed so many careers... so many. It is unfathomable that people still don't see it. From his rookie year on.. we have been bending this team to try to suit Dak.. every year they tell us that they have made it 'dak friendly' and that he has what he needs/wants. And then when it all goes wrong.. we find another scapegoat.
Spot on...how do you create a post season offense when the QB doesnt have a go-to specific skillset....other than beating up on mediocre opposition.

I get the sense that dak is very close to losing the locker room. I didn’t watch this video and I’m not sure if that’s what they’re saying. But I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s true. How could the players keep sticking behind him after all of this failure ? I don’t blame them if that’s the case. He’s losing support everywhere, as he should after these continuous stinkers.
I am amazed at the amount of local sports announcers that have denounced Dak as quarterback for Dallas this past week. Basically, stating after the San Fran game debacle (embarrassment) that Dallas needs to move in a new direction after Dak's contract expires after 2024 season. Also, said that the Stephen & Jerry probably were not smart enough to realize that Dak is the problem and that Stephen may try to resign Dak for another 4 years.

I think his performance against the 49ers last year lost a lot of people on the team. The D only gave up 19 pts, and we only scored 12. For the #1 scoring offense that was ridiculous and I think Dak sheet the bed as do many others. This last game probably cemented it for the larger part of the fan base.

Who knows what his teammates think, but the guy makes like double anyone else. It's like working with a SME at the office that you know makes $200/hr that screws everything up just when you least need him to consistently. He's paid like he should be doing the exact opposite. It is what it is. His time is definitely drawing to a close it seems.
Post shoulda got a lot of likes.

Well said.

Factor that in with the fact Jerry and the Cowboys aura? This whole America’s Team culture. Whether knowingly or not he puts unneeded pressure on his players while getting the best out of every opponent they face.
I disagree. I don’t think there is any pressure. If you play poorly you can walk into Jerry’s office and be coddled.

18:30 mark.

Apparently both Dak & Lamb were not on board with McCarthy calling plays, preferred Kellen.

There is also apparently some tension between Dak/Lamb. #88's sideline demeanor has been bad the last two weeks.

Jesse has also gotten on #11 for his selfishness and not being a true leader in the locker room. They said things could implode if we lose to the Chargers.

LOL..

Dak and Lamb throwing McCarthy under the bus now. It was so different in training camp.

Kellen was bouncing anyways.

Agreed long term it's best if things come to a head and we can move on.

Most interesting nugget was that some of these guys wanted KM to stay, so you know their probably frustrated now.

The Micah possibly being selfish comment by Jesse may have some legs. Micah seems to like being a celebrity, and that's the last thing I want from a LB/DE, just saying.

How any locker room can be healthy with this team's FO being what it is seems impossible to picture. The Cowboys' locker room certainly seems troubled in terms of their chances of being successful. I'm sad to say it's unlikely to improve. Simply put, it seems a very unhealthy situation. :(

I think the rest of team knows dak and mccarthy stink. Id be frustrated too knowing the team has talent yet is forcing the ball on first reads to tight ends and check downs.

I truly believe cowboys won’t win one until 1. Jerry dies
2. They get their next troy. They need a hands down top 3 qb

Elite defenses tend to have a few bad games a year.

I guess there really isn't anything such thing as an elite defense in the modern NFL. I'll take your word for it, but I'd also guess they don't have back to back bad games.
