Back on topic. Butler was a nice surprise tonight. Who would have guessed that Butler and Ratliff would have more sacks than Ware at this point. Go figure.

I don't know why he isn't getting anything...

I mean he was 1 v 1 with Gross a lot of times in the game.

Romo, he did a good job not trying to do too much. And TNew and Jenkins on defense.

Romo checked out of a called run. That pass to Martellus was on him. That was not Jason Garrett. Martellus didnt even expect the ball there.

What makes you say this?

We won this game in SPITE of dreadful coaching. Luckily, we have enough talent and our opponent was kind enough to hand us the game with little resistance in the 2nd half. A better team would have made us pay for Garrett's inept playcalling and Wade's lack of creative blitz packages.

The worst part of all this is Wade will allow this team to become content with barely beating a crappy team at home. He'll pat them on the back, tell them how great they are and trot out the same gameplan next week with the same mindset.

The direction of this team scares me. We are just talented enough to stay in contention all year, but nowhere near good enough to have any real shot at a title. This will result in few if any changes to the status quo, and this group of players will miss their opportunity at a title because of one of the worst coaching staff's I've ever had the displeasure of watching. The only real difference between Wade and Campo is the talent level of the players they coached.
Why are people always unhappy especially after a win. I don't care who the opponent is. To get a win in the NFL is always good no matter what. You aren't going to play flawless football every game. Sure the Cowboys have a lot of work to do but it is Week 3, not Week 13. If we are peaking in Week 3 then I don't want to know what happens the rest of the year.

Good to see someone step up in the pass rush game, because DeMarcus Ware is having a horrible season so far rushing the passer.

Am I worried? Not in the least. But that doesnt change the fact that he's having a horrible year in that aspect.

Thanks to Rat, Butler, and maybe another for getting to the QB.

I know we won...so yah I'm happy but still mad as hell at Jason Garrett for calling again pass plays in favor of running plays at the 1 Yard line!!!! are you kidding me...ball on the 1 and he callsl 2 pass plays, this guys just unbelievable...how many rushing yards did we have like 200. I know many fans are happy about the win but I'm telling you guys Garrett's playcalling is gonna cost us some games.

I understand the 1st throw but to come right back to it :banghead:on 3rd down was. Hey Phillips did go over and talk to him about it finally acting like a headcoach

I know. But it's still good to see someone healthy and contributing.

Yeah, that's definitely something we're missing is contributions from rooks.

Brandon Williams might have a LOT of catching up to do.

I'm Pro Garrett, but there was no excuse for that.

I loved the first call. Roy will catch that 9x10. The 2nd was horrendous. Run the ball and get the TD.

I wasn't a big fan of the call to Roy the first time, either. Hell we have been pounding the ball for two straight weeks. Why in the hell would you even attempt a pass inside the 1. Hell I would have run it 3 straight times. Guaranteed we get in on one of em even if the last one was QB sneak.

In all seriousness, Buehler's kicks helped us win the field position battle in the second half.

We got off to a slow start. We dominated after that. We are one 2 minute drive away from being 3-0

I've been known as a "glass is half empty" kind of guy, but some of you guys are freaking ridiculous.
