I think we need to look at our OLine. Romo is hit far too much in all 3 of the games Dallas lost. Our run game stunk and Romo has no time to get these throws out.

Our piss poor drafting, 0 depth, at Oline is showing.

The offensive line played poorly today. But it was as much the Packers playing a game they had to win and having a terrific defensive game plan.

Perhaps it would be interesting after a tough loss to just congratulate the other team and not blame our guys.

Great job line ..way to block
Great job Romo..way to over and underthrow recievers
Way to give up all those 3rd downs defense
Way to go O...7 points on a team that had given up 76 in the last 2 games

If you want an OL to dominate, you run the ball and allow them to wear the front line down. Why would you have them moving backward all day to pass?

Okay guys, relax. We're 6-3, and still #1 in the division.

Cowboys definately didn't play their best today, but other than stupid penalties and the mistakes by Roy, it wasn't too terrible. Green Bay came to play, and we didn't.

I am more concerned with the injury bug we seem to have caught. Hopefully Columbo can be healthy come playoff time given he may not need surgery. If not, we've got Doug Free and I believe he's capable of stepping up. Jenkins looked pretty hurt, but hopefully it's just a bad bruise. We'll find out tomorrow.

Overall, while this loss was ugly, it's not the end of the world. Honestly, had the referees not blown the call on the Romo sack/fumble, we were looking at a 10-0 ball game with 10 minutes left. Felix obviously had possession of the ball and was down by contact, but the refs missed it and it's not a challengable play apparently. Take away that bad call, and we've got a decent shot to win the game.

It is what it is, let's just hope they bounce back against Washington with a vengeance.

Go Cowboys!

Dallas laid an egg. Plain and simple. They beat themselves... again.:banghead:

Your proving the exact opposite of your point.

Because we kept handing them the ball back, because of our pathetic pass attack. Garrett abandoned the run in the second quarter, if not end of first, meaning the TOP had no relevance to us abandoning the run.

We were constantly forced into 3rd and long situations, because Garrett doesn't know how to manage a game and play for yardage.

Now tell me, what did Miles Austin do today....

JJ is trying to sign Austin on the cheap. Cut down on his production during negotiations.:D

GB has a big DL....I think that cancelled out our OL size advantage.

Our RBs were only decent in pass blocking today.

We didnt try to establish the run today and that hurt us. our OL never had the opportunity to even get in the groove of run blocking. we had too many 3 and outs.

I think our Defense played pretty well. In fact, if not for the miss call on Felix Jones recovering Romo's fumble, we may have only given up about 10 points.

The problem was mostly lack of execution on Offense. The OL didn't pick up the blitzes, R Williams fumble on a potential big play and then his drop on another potentially big play. Plus, there was Folk's miss on an early FG.
Even on the first offensive drive, Romo missed an open Austin.

We just didn't execute well, particulary on Offense.
spot on

I think people are focusing way too much on Roy Williams. not saying his fumble wasnt huge, but I mean that was one bad offensive play compared to the what? 30? other offensive plays that the Oline was dominated.

Flozell Adams probably won't be on this team in 2010.

I guarantee you he will be. In the past 6 years he has been to the pro-bowl 5 times, including the last three years.

The point of establishing the run is to keep defenses off balance... we didn't do that...

It just wasn't meant to be today. I still believe we are a good team.

Yep. I agree, as frustrating as it was to watch us underperform so badly and make a lot of mistakes. The wildcard, of course, are the injuries.

The sky is not falling.

That seems to be a reoccurring theme with this team
