Teams have games like this all the time. Good teams find a way to win, stop complaining, give the Commanders credit and move on to the Raiders.

I'm saying that looking ahead this game doesnt feel much different from a loss. Last week we were outplayed by a very average team, and this week were outplayed by a god-awful team.

It isnt very encouraging, to say the least, especially considering we have no reason to think this will start playing better going into December.

And we've had plenty of games that we LOST. Don't give me that crap. These are the type of games that build character. Sure, we have flaws, but we managed a win, despite many of our OWN miscues.

The funny thing is, when Big Ben and the Steelers win a game like this, they "just find a way to win." When it's us, the other team gave us the win. Our defense played a good game today...enough to bail out the offense. We also ran pretty well.

You should try to look at the bright side every once in a while.

Beating a team as awful as Washington doesnt build character, especially when your team is coached by a cupcake. Wade Phillips jolly self will let this team be content, and we'll run out the same garbage perforamance next week.

I got the feeling in this game that Garrett was going out of his way to run it just to make a point. I don't think anybody is asking him to become as run happy as he has been pass happy. We just want a little more balance.

I don't think he was offsides, but it doesn't matter if it isn't called. We recovered a fumble last week, but the officials blew it and gave the ball to Green Bay. The only thing that matters is what's called.

Don't look now but we have a very tough schedule coming up. We play like we did today in any of our last 5 (well except Wash) and we our out of it by half time. This team has a long long ways to go. On top of that the NY game is going to be huge, a loss there all but does in our hopes of the division. With the Greenbay loss, we may be in a big fight for that last WC, and guess who we play last game of the season that we might be competing against...Philly. This offense and team in general has two weeks to get the ship righted.

Apparently, they have the number one pass defense...at least that's what the announcers said. I haven't bothered to double check that, but if true, you could put things in perspective.

Also, this was a RIVALRY game. These type of games happen all the time in rivalry or divisional games.

Again, I agree we have flaws, but a win is a win in this league. Any team can beat another on any given Sunday. Just ask the Steelers.
