CFL | Quincy Carter heads North

As far as I am concerned good riddance, I have no sympathy for drug users and IF he comes back he would probably be suspended again anyways. While I think people deserve a second chance when it comes to drugs and alcohol QC already used those up.

Oh, oh...watch it my man...there is nothing like a woman scorned!

Next year at this time we'll be reading a similar article about another former Cowboys QB playing in the CFL except the Headline will read:

"CFL: Drew Henson heads north" :laugh1:

Saskatchewan is as good a place to retire as any, I guess. Good hunting?

Real Cute SP, although I doubt Drew retires to Canada since he has a family ranch in Montana, that's as far north as he will ever go in his career.;)

You know, since we are on the subject of QC, I still wonder what happened to that grievance that the NFLPA was supposed to file against the Cowboys?

Anyone know what happened to that?

List of QBs to start since 8ball left

Carter- CFL bound

Leaf - Nada

Wright - Back-up Ravens

Stoerner - AFL (I think)

Chad - Nada

Henson - NFLE

Doesn't it make you want to bite the bullet and go after a QB high in the draft.:banghead:

It makes me want to slap JJ upside his fake face!

While I generally wish the best for every person as a human, he did betray his football team. His drug use cost us years of devolpment and basically scrapped our season.

I'm glad he is getting another chance and I hope he can shape up but he does not deserve to be in the NFL earning hundreds of thousands of dollars!

Many people thought we drafted QC too high to begin with, and I tend to agree. He was nothing more than a 4th round slinger that could move, he isn't a scrambler like a McNabb and he sure as hell couldn't hit an open barn door. I will give him credit that is tough to follow a HOFer like Aikman but he was to immature, you could see that when they brought Hutch in and Testaverde.

Quite the impressive list there:D

But you left out the current and most important one:

DREW BLEDSOE...the man that's going to lead this team to an NFL record 6th world title.

I hope he does well there and has any 'issues' squared away at this point. Good luck Quincy.

Nope, Drew will just be along for the ride. The rest of the team will have to do the leading. A strong defense and a running game will have to carry Dallas and I think that will be possible. If Dallas is depending on Drew to lead, they are in trouble.

Hambrick can move up from fries now :D

Not yet...he has to move up from the mop, to the fries, then the cook!

What do mop mean?

Maybe they'll also sign Hutchinson, and the entire city of Montreal will be torn apart.

How do you say "what's my role" and "I'm trying Coach, I'm trying" in French??
