I hate the Jones family for destroying everything Tex Schramm and Tom Landry created. The cowboy mystique come from them not the Jones family.
I’d argue Awuzie wasn’t playing that bad here.
If I remember right he spent most of his last season with us out with injuries.Give me a break
Listen I like to hate my own team I root for just like the rest of you sad sacks, but can we stop pretending mediocre players like Awuzie were playing bad for any other reason than they sucked here?
It sounds like he is saying blue collar works hard for a living where white collar are pampered and given too much comfort. Is that to say blue-collar is > white collar?
Is that to say blue-collar is > white collar?
What do you mean that last statement?I do not fault him for that as that is the reason it is #1 in Forbes and TV ratings. It is more of its own reality TV show than a football team. And some players like that. And some would not do well with the bright lights.
Everything he has done is about the "show". Winning another ring is secondary to the "show".
Booger is the owner least likely to show increased profit or revenue from winning a SB. He is already where the rest of them want to be.
The Dallas Cowboys are simply the sports phenom of our time. And they are in the perfect city for glitz and glamour as Dallas is a lot more how it looks than it really is.
Exactly... to hell with Chido and this silly take. He needed to be reminded that football could be played without all the lights.... happy for their success but miss me with the nonesense Chido.Give me a break

.. and Jason Garrett is missing too! When did Romo and Witten become a Jone$??

Yea.Awuzie wasn’t bad here. Prob just not worth second contract . Nothing wrong with that. Someone always has to go. No reason to bash him.he wasn’t, he was just an average player and the fan base expects pro bowl talent at every position.
was he worth resigning, not really. but is he playing that much better than his 2019 season, which was a good year? Not really
is he better than Anthony Brown, sure. And admittedly they make about the same amount but the difference between our season ending when it did wasn’t Awuzie vs Brown. Good for Awuzie and good luck
He was never bad, he just couldn’t stay healthy.I’d argue Awuzie wasn’t playing that bad here.
