Chiefs releasing Kareem Hunt

I'm curious why some feel that Hunt will be back on an NFL team very quickly while Ray Rice's career was basically over after his incident?

Ray Rice's skills were already in decline.

If a team thinks a player is capable, they're probably willing to look past almost anything.

Cowboys looked past Greg Hardy's incident until he showed he had no intention of putting in the work on the field.

I get it. The kick in her butt thing kind of kills the heat of the moment argument.

I don’t buy the heat of the moment argument either. I don’t care what somebody says, words don’t excuse assault. And on a female? This dude had so much to lose too. What a dummy

Wait, did anyone say he was? Snyder and Bruce used him as guinea pig to appease the fanbase because of his popularity. He was stupid to begin with, because I wouldn't had made any statements or did any interviews. Bruce Allen is the one who made the decision to bring Foster in.
So again. As a team employee, he felt obligated to be a victim for them? I heard each word he said and he used sociopolitical context to excuse it.

He is one articulate Guinea pig.

. "The NFL's investigation, which began immediately following the incident in February, will include a review of the new information that was made public today."

This is absurd. Why has he been allowed to play all year if they knew about this in February. They only put him on the list once the video was released?

Zeke should absolutely be pissed off - actual footage and he is allowed to play - what in the world!

And LOL at the NFL not being able to get this tape. They turned over every stone for evidence on Zeke and yet they can’t find this video but TMZ can? TMZ can get it but the NFL cannot?

Embarrassing

Good point, I forgot Rice was quite a bit older.

That's what I'm thinking too, obviously video doesn't make the incident any worse or better, but it definitely plays a psychological part in the minds of NFL brass.

Ouch.
Didn't help Zeke

They pushed him out front to appease the fanbase, call it what you want, Bruce and Dan has been in hiding every since they picked him up.

While they don’t tell the whole story since we usually see just clips of the event, videos at least give evidence of something that happened.

Not the first time this has happened.

If the NFL were smart, they would just buy TMZ to control things.

I knew the Chiefs wouldn't do anything this year. This just tops it off!

That still means Williams is a stooge, even if you refuse to acknowledge what he actually said.

If he needed his daughters to "get to him" as you said, he is pretty weak.

Acknowledge what? You said you heard what he said. What are you talking about, you having those issues again?
