No it wasn't. He went before a judge, no jury just a judge. He wasn't even allowed to tell his story and judge said guilty which he is then able to apeal to jury trial. State couldn't get in contact with the women (who lied) and therefore lack of evidence dismissed the case. He was never convicted. He didn't pay her off.

I think something happen that night but not the extent of Hardy physically beating her. To each their own, I don't like to convict somebody without evidence in doing so

Interesting information. Why did Hardy's girlfriend have those marks on her neck. What about those photos of her? Either way Hardy comes across as a jerk, and for whatever reasons it doesn't appear that Dallas wants I'm back.

Carolina let Peppers go, did that mean something with him? Manning, Revis, tons of players are let go doesn't mean they are bad people.

Not making up lies or assumptions. I heard exactly the same things on ESPN. He made some stupid tweets on twitter, getting in fights with teammates in the locker room, Then there were photos that got leaked out during this past season, showing Hardy's ex girlfriend's throat all marked up and red. During all this you would think Hardy would be on his best behavior during season, but no, he was late for meetings as well. I didn't even mention his contributions on the field, was he was barely average as a player. Did you just happen to turn a blind eye when all this was going last year, or I don't realize what a vivid imagination I possess.

Nope but I don't put someone's past on them. Everybody deserves to not be condemned when not found guilty of a crime....would you want people condemning you for your past no matter if you effete innocent or not?

How would you feel everyday you had to be accused of something you didn't do? Asked questions everyday about it?

I only care about on field product and while he wasn't an all pro he wasn't terrible like you think. He was out of football for over a year, a full offseason and he will produce much more this season.

Just so you know by the way. Maybe you have never had anybody accuse you of something you didn't do. I have. I was arrested and went to court over a women who said I beat her and she needed 4 stiches in her head. ....guess what I never hit her, never put my hands on her. However I did have marks where she attacked me and I defended myself by grabbing her hands. .....matter of a fact I called the police (just like Hardy called them)

Anyways I was never convicted, similar to Hardy so maybe it's just I understand where he is coming from and pictures, stories etc. don't always tell the truth or paint the entire picture. Unless you are there or the evidence is clear enough to prove you guilty then I feel your innocent.

Accuser.......has prior history of lying about a male physically abusing her. ....
