I hope we can sign him to a short term deal. Can't hurt to add another body to the line because considering how bad we are
Pre-season deal would be best...

What was his deal this year? Was he still recovering from the ankle injury? He's been invisible for two years. So would we be getting a guy who is just a name at this point or maybe someone who is now far enough away from the injury that he might get back to his old self?

long will sign with the team with the most money or if the money is close he will sign with the team that gives him the best chance to go to the superbowl and that's the pats.
I know of one thing, if NE signs him, genius move, Cowboys do,we overpaid for a up washed has been/never was
If New England signs him, it's a team contending for a Super Bowl adding a vet who will be their third or fourth end (behind Chandler Jones, Rob Ninkovich and Jabaal Sheard), and supply additional leadership and work ethic to their team.
If the Cowboys sign him, it's a team contending for a playoff berth adding a vet who would walk in as a starter, and one who has battled injuries and declining production for the last three seasons.
Personally, I don't think that it would be a good signing for the Cowboys.
I don't think he walks in as a starter. I think he is considered a rotational piece and Dallas will draft Bosa to be its starter. It's a role that's suitable for Long's age and health concerns. I view him as an upgraded Mincey.
If the team does thing he's the last piece of the puzzle on the defensive line, the coaches and front office are more stupid than I thought.

I hate to say it, but if the money is close I think he goes to the Pats.
Free agents don't come to Dallas for a chance at a ring, we have 2 wildcard wins in 20+ years?
Free agents only come to Dallas to get paid..................hate to say it, but its true............free agents don't view Dallas as a place to get a ring right now.
Just say no to Bosa
Just say no to Bosa
I get the feeling there are going to be a lot of disappointed fans on draft day.
