Didn't the patriots lose a CB to injury during the game last night? Would imagine that's the gig.

Doesn't that rule us out?

No, it doesn't, but it is more likely we would have signed him yesterday rather than today. The fact that he knows and couldn't say who until the 15th makes it most likely to be the Bills, Pats, Raiders, or Chargers. I'm betting it's the Pats. He probably had other offers, but wanted to play for the Pats for a chance at a Superbowl.

I dont understand people's obsession with a 32 yr old CB who's coming off back to back seasons of season ending injuries. Didnt this guy tear his knee up last October?

If the Cowboys looked at him, it wouldn't be as a starter. It would be as depth. The guy only has to play minimum snaps. If that is all you're asking, a 32 year old CB might be able to fill that role with experience only.

if you get cut by Bmore chances r u r done! they have a proven track record when it comes to washed up guys like Mcalister
Bart Scott is done?

Jamal Lewis was done?

Edwin Mulitalo was done?

There's no magic formula. All teams get rid of players near the end of their careers and are right, and all teams do it and the player still has something left.

Who did Terry Glenn sign with after we 86ed him?

When you speak in absolutes, you are usually speaking absolute nonsense. The Ravens do a good job, but they are not infallible.

I'm a selfish Wildcats homer who just might get lucky with a scoop or two. I can't speak for anyone else.

Chris McAlister-DB- Ravens Sep. 15 - 8:37 am et

According to the Los Angeles Times, free agent CB Chris McAlister said, "I will be back in full force on Sept. 15. I can't say what team yet, but I will be playing again."

He's likely talking about one of the four teams that played Monday night. There was a report last week that he had bought a home in Baltimore, but coach Jim Harbaugh shot down any chance of McAlister returning to the Ravens. At 32 and coming off knee surgery, we're not sure how he'd a help a team.

Lets not overlook the fact one of the main reasons McAllister and the Ravens parted ways is he did not quite see eye to eye with John Harbaugh.

Hopeful here too.

If Dallas can have a Sparks, Westbrook, and a GOODRICH on this team in the past. They can definately have McCallister here.

McCallister= Experience, something Jenkins, Scandrick and Ball are lacking right now. He could help out in a lot of ways.

Your kidding with those names right? None of them even close to McCalisters pedigree.

My dog has a pedigree, have the papers to prove it. He's buried in the back yard now.

Maybe he can play nose tackle.

Ratliff is terrible, he got shoved around everywhere on Sunday.

Could he be playing safety if Sensabaugh is hurt worse than originally thought?

Nothing.

He's just been talked about so much by posters on here that there are some overactive imaginations going on. There hasn't been anything indicating we have interest in a veteran CB, let alone this player.
