A fan has every right to judge on the moves his team makes. You like Weeden? If you were a Browns fan would you be happy?

As I said I think fans should speak out but after a while it becomes ridicules since you have no say so. It becomes whining and nothing comes of it. Things I control I can change things I can't I move on. That is just me.
If in the end Weeden is the backup so be it all I can do as a fan is hope when he is called on that he does the job.

Also, you didn't read any of the Bills forums after he was released, did you? They call him the mayor of Buffulo for a reason.
I live an hour from Buffalo. Everyone is a Bills fan, I don't need forums.

People will miss him, yea, but nobody is really upset that he's gone. Everyone gets it.

Did Tebowmania in Denver escape your mind? Fans say can have an impact. We got Orton as a result.

And I find it ridiculous that some fans think that it's an obligation to blindly go along with anything and everthing the team does and questioning them in any way is viewed as some sort of crime.

This team has been doing a great job lately and I don't think many, if any, fans would deny that. But that doesn't mean we have to endorse each and every decision they make. And in this case, I simply disagree with their chosen course of action and continue to do so.

We all agree that we hope things work out for the best, but we don't have to agree with their chosen path.

Saying you disagree is understandable but what are you going to do about it? You are a fan not an owner, not a coach. Acting like spoiled kids is not going to change anything. Fans have a right to an opinion does not make them right. People act as if they know all the answers and anything other than their own opinion is wrong.
Believe me there have been many instance that I have not agreed with a move by the team in some instance I was right and others wrong. I’m not endorsing moves I don’t agree with but in the end yes I hope the moves the team makes turns out in their favor.

We got Orton because he was not getting the job done in Denver and as bad as Tebow is and was he was winning games that Orton was losing. Had nothing to do with fans. You don't have much of a coach or an organization when fans are calling the shots

I'm a former New Yorker(Albany) and feel for your lot. I know what it feels like to live amongst Bills, Gnats, and Jets fans. Fortunately I only had to do it for three years.

Oh, I see where you're going. "Keep your mouth shut, and buy tickets and be happy". That is the impression you give.

Yeah, you left out the big part where their fans kept chanting they wanted Tebow to play.

Not at all. It is up to each one of us if we are going to buy tickets and watch the game that is out choice. The impression you are giving is I did not get my way so I will take my ball and go home.

The example of Weeden is used and I think many of us doubt him as a viable backup but if he has to go into the game are you rooting against him to prove your right or is the hope that what some see from him come out and he produces. I was no fan of Babe Laughenberg as backup and when he was sent packing I liked the move but when Babe was backup I pulled for him to get it done.
My opinion of what the team may differ but in the end I always hope the moves they make pan out, because it not about me it is about the team

if fan and media input had jack squat to do with who we sign on a regular basis you'd have a point. we'd also have jackson, jackson, johnson, and about 8 other RBs now.

 around here it's really just Bills. After that, it's a mix of Cowboys, Steelers and Packers fans, for the most part.

Not leaving anything out, Denver drafted him and sooner or later he was going to play. At the point Orton was pulled in favor of Tebow they were losing

The saddest part about living among Bills, Gnats, and Jests fans? The Gnats fans were the most sane among them.

Hey , you did your time !!!

I also lived in Washington DC(Arlington actually) for 6 months, and got the hell out as soon as I could. I'm Californian, and now happy in Texas. Cowboys fan since 77. I'll put a bullet in my head before living in Philly.

The only thing worse than living in Philly would be living in pittsburg. I could not co-exist with those stupid steeler fans.:mad::mad:

I don't presume to have all the answers and I've gone to great lengths to make that clear. But that doesn't mean I can't express disagreement with and concern over how the running back position has been handled.

Believe me there have been many instance that I have not agreed with a move by the team in some instance I was right and others wrong. I’m not endorsing moves I don’t agree with but in the end yes I hope the moves the team makes turns out in their favor.

We're in complete agreement here.
