To Me, the Beyonder acted and reacted more out of curiosity than one just wanting to destroy anything that was life .Huh? Not sure how the character has grown over the years but The Beyonder created the first Secret Wars decades ago. He mutilated worlds to manufacture a makeshift battlefield for the heroes and villains to fight, just for his sick amusement. That is pretty evil and villainous in my opinion.
Ironically that same driven curiosity is what got him killed by the Molecule Man when the Beyonder wanted to experience newborn birth from scratch, living him
completely powerless and helpless.
Frankly I wished Marvel had kept it as just he as the lone Beyonder instead of a horde race of Beyonders.
