Well, we're nowhere near as bad as we were last offseason... LOL...

Wasn't Fasano's strength supposed to be his pass catching ability? Dropped TD
Wasn't Crayton supposed to have the best hands on the team? Drops
Isn't a WR supposed to complete his routes, particularly in the last two minutes of a playoff game in the red zone? Failure to compete/taking play off
Yeah, ROMO lost the game for us.

Our top talent evaluator was Tom Ciskowski and he stayed. We lost the guy with the higher title.Skinsmaniac;1928492 said:Yes there's a lot to be happy about for Cowboys fans from the loss of your top talent evaluator, to an unclear chain of coaching command, to an offseason of worrying about Romo's ability to win big games. There is no unclear chain of coaching command. Jason Garrett himself said he enjoys working "for" Wade Phillips.
Anyone worried about whether Romo can win a big game clearly doesn't know much about football. He didn't lose the big game, the Giants took it away because our WRs were not healthy and their Defense stepped up huge. Credit the Giants for adjusting. That's what good teams do.
Congrats to you too.

- 11 penalities, only one of which was on Romo (and the league admitted afterward that the ref blew it, intentional grounding should not have been called);
- At least 3 dropped balls (one by Fasano at the goal line that cost Dallas a td, another by Crayton when he appeared to have a shot at a long gainer and/or a td);
- Extremely poor kick coverage that kept Dallas in a field position hole for most of the game;
- Missed tackles too numerous to count;
- Patrick Crayton hesitating after he had beaten Corey Webster on what could have been the game winning td with 20 seconds remaining.
With a OC and DC already in place, it will be very interesting to see who ultimately ends up acdepting the HC position.Burgundy&Gold;1928750 said:ownership is heading in the right direction concerning the search for a new head coach.
