FEATURED Conference Championship Game Thread

I agree the FG attempt is the safest. But, those points aren't a given. The kick could be blocked .... like ours was against GB. If Reynolds catches a couple balls, no one is as passionate about the decision.
there’s a logical argument against Campbells decision, but Campbell also didn’t drop the 4th down conversion, have an interception bounce off his facemask, fumble in his own territory, dropped a 3rd down conversion

I think people’s distaste for the 9ers is amplifying their disdain for the call

Should be 27-24 in a second.

Correction should be 27-27, thanks Dan.
That’s how the Lions roll. They kicked one on fourth and 5. Didn’t surprise anyone the next time they went for it.

Live by the sword and all that

Detroit has a chance now. They have yo cone out and move the ball. Get ole mo back because it’s all SF’s way now.

Lions D did good tonight but was no way it would continue. That 4th down changed the momentum. Probably be 27 17 now if they had made that FG.

Aggressive is good in certain situations.
Stubborn ego crazed and predictable will get you beat.

Total shame Lions had the momentum and their coach didn't know how to retain it he let it get away.

Well, most of us would have taken the FG, but no way I’m calling Campbell a dumb coach After what he’s done with Detroit in a short time. He came in saying they were going to run the ball, play tough defense, and fight everyone. And here he is because he knows what playoff football is all about, and Detroit built their team that way.

Can Calvatron suit up?

Is he in the stadium, by chance?

I'm still scarred by what he did to Brandon Carr that day.

WTH... go out for some dinner and get back to this? Campbell pulling a DQ burger.? C'mon now..
