Eh, I'm not worried. His teams have losing seasons more often than winning seasons (anymore). 6 winning seasons (4 of 10 or more) in his last 15 years. Seven losing seasons in that time frame. I think he's pretty much a Garrett quality coach whose teams twice happened to get hot at the right time.

When Garrett actually does anything, much less wins two championships, feel free to make any comparisons then.

4-12 potential? Give it a rest already. This guy has had more than enough time to show that "potential" and has repeatedly failed. If not for $24 million and a place at the jones family table, he'd already be gone.

Big deal. Garrett might win when it doesn't count, but Coughlin has actually accomplished something in this league. I know who it was who won when the division was on the line. I know the guy who won when the teams met in the playoffs. And I know who won playoff games and championships.

And I know who didn't.

The Giants have been down, I won't deny that. And I attribute most of those struggles to lack of personnel over lack of coaching. But at least they've had a period where they were at the top of the mountain too. I'll take that over Coach .500 any day.
