They say history repeats itself, and we could be looking at a rerun in Dallas.

The Cowboys of the nineties were lead by three future Hall of Famers Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, and Michael Irvin on offense. An accurate passer, elite level runner and a clutch receiver. Now the modern-day version is lead by three top-shelf players in their own right. Dak Prescott has won more games than any quarterback since 2016 not named Tom Brady. Ezekiel Elliott has two rushing crowns in his first three years. And Amari Cooper is a multiple time pro bowler and one of the best receivers in the game. The similarities, however, don't end there.

If Garrett can't get this team to the NFC Championship game THIS YEAR, he needs to be gone. He's had enough time to prove himself. All he's proven up to this point is that he's the weak link here. This is a very talented team and needs a great coach, not a mediocre one like Garrett has been...

tired of all the triplet talk. It really doesn't apply here. The league is different these days. I don't think we will ever see 3 players(offensively) on a team dominate like ours did in the 90's. Look at New England and how they win. Its not really 3 guys that beat you...its all 11 on offense...the 1 constant is Tom Brady of course. Seattle is the same way...spread the wealth applies offensively in the NFL. Teams can plan so well these days , so it is vital to be diverse on offense. Which we haven't been for the last several years. That's why we have Kellen Moore essentially running a version of the spread offense now. Triplets are fine, but wont win you a Title.

Just a few years ago our big three was Romo, Murray and Dez. We need a solid defense to go along with our current big three. We wasted the Romo years by not having a defense.
