Not mad at this move. T. Will was a solid #2. With all of the holes on defense, we don't really want to be worried about getting another WR as well.

Witten is 100 years older. But everything else looks good.

yeah but honestly get the ball within his reach and he will get it. Hes a blanket. You wont get much yac. But hes still solid. Plus we got the other TE swaim.

I would still draft Dede in the 3rd if hes there. Can never have enough wideouts

I dont mind this. Chemistry stays on offense and Twill is underrated around here.
Not really! I don't hate the guy, but he's definitely not underrated. If that would've been the case, one of the 31 other teams would've offered him more money.

Williams coming back to us at that price this early in FA, just means that teams didn't value him really at all.

In other words, thought he was Trash/not worthy.

I may have been getting ahead of myself. Still plenty of room to draft a WR. Butler and Whiteheads spots are far from locks and definitely upgradeable
I was thinking we just gave Butler a contract. Absolutely Whitehead though. I expect it!

Considering Robert Woods signed a 5 year 39 million dollar deal a day ago this is a steal. I do think Williams gave us a big hometown discount to resign with his favorite team. I was ready to lose him to a 7 million a year deal, so this was a nice surprise...

The only problem I have with it is Dak didn't seem to look his way, whether he wasn't open, or doesn't like him I don't know??

I think they are plenty good in this offense but I do hope they will still draft a WR early if one falls with return skills. Butler is only a one year deal and TWs contract does not have to run 4 years. I bet Dallas could cut him after 2 if need be.

Why? No confidence in the great Luck Whitehead lol?

In all seriousness, with this teams recent infatuation with Lance Dunbar I would not be surprised if they are in love with Lucky to. I doubt WR is high on their draft list imo.

Dak was a rookie,he missed so many throws to DEz when he was open too.He is going to be better next season.

I don't like it because it will lead them away from a WR in the draft if there's value. I'm all for bringing back Williams or Butler but not both. These guys aren't good enough. You're not building anything with them.

Exactly my thoughts. These guys have topped out at "Average". Williams is still going to be a body catching ghost.

We needed a Upgrade!! Not the same thing we already have had for years...
