Good, now bench of the the three we've been starting and roll a new dude out there and see who sticks out from the group. I'd sit Randle since he has the largest body of work already to evaluate from and you need to see what's there with Michael

Chrun baby churn.

So many around here complaining about RB corp should give the FO some credit for bring in Michael and now Smith. At least we aren't sitting still. We're making moves and addressing the situation.

Yeah I give them credit for making some moves, but then I have deduct even more credit for not keeping murray !!
All these RB issues is because they did not keep murray, was it worth all this ??

The same FO said anyone could run behind this line, and that mcfadden still had some moves, and they had total confidence in our 3 RB's!
But now they realize not anyone can run behind this line , and their 3 RB's were not so good, and they no longer have confidence in them.

Except garret who still wants to start randle over CM.
And I know murray hasnt done well in philly, but if he had stayed here, and I think he was stupid to leave, Dallas would have had a better and more feared run game, and Romo might not have got hurt.

This RB issue will probably go on all year, and we get these other guys , but then JG doesnt play them !! lol it is crazy.

Murray would be the starter but wouldn't have to get 390 carries. If Randle is good enough to lead the RBBC, he is perfect to be Murray's sub and change of pace. McFadden was a waste from the start. A rookie would be a better choice.

Makes zero sense. Anyone who breaths air knows we couldn't and shouldn't pay Murray $8M a year.

It wasnt about 8 mil a year, it was about only 12 mil G, and also they way they talked to him was take it or leave it.
They offered 6 mil a year , so for another mil to make it 7 or just the 6 and say 20G they would have had him.
This would have been before phil ever offered the 8 mil 20 G
He is only making 5 the first year.
The G money is what is most important.

So basically they saved 1-2 mil a year and you think that is worth all that has gone down this year with the run game??
They paid dmc, now CM, and now another RB That Takes back some of what they saved letting murray go.

This was a potential SB year, and that walked out the door with murray, it messed up the formula they had working.
Had they kept murray everything would have worked out different, including Romo not getting hurt.

And I do breath air

you keep saying that but it sure did backfire

and his cap hit would never be that high

it would be 20m over 4-5 years

Exactly, all the murray haters and even others think dallas would have had to pay what philly did, but it was just the guaranteed $ that needed to
be increased, and also jerry to use his charm and get him to stay. If jerry actually wanted him to stay he would have gotten it done,
and Romo was willing to take a pay cut to keep him, and he never got a answer back on that.
I think they made murray feel unappreciated, so he got mad and decided to leave which was stupid.
He probably realizes that now. judging by what he said 2 weeks ago.

Very good points.

And top RBs make over 8m. That is the market rate.

APeterson, Lynch, Forte, AFoster, McCoy, Murray, JCharles all make 8m+

You don't mess with team chemistry when the team is so close to a SB. Now we have to go out and find another RB.

You got it wrong my friend. You overpay one player and the flood gates open. Considering who we will need to pay the next couple of years that just isn't a smart way to run your team. Why do you think Seattle played hardball and didn't fllinch when Cam held out?

I think that has already happened. Against the Patriots, McFadden was targeted with 10 passes and caught 9 of them for 62 yards.

It was an utter failure. He didn't make one man miss in the open field and didn't outrun anyone either.

He should only be a placeholder until we get a new warm body.

There was a reason OAK went with TRichardson over McFadden and they still cut TRicharson before the season.

We just overpaid TCrawford and Doug Free.

Plus SEA paid Lynch 12m and another 1m to Fred Jackson. And TRawls might be the best out of all of them at this point.

They didn't flinch on Kam because he just signed a 4yr/28m extension that kicked in last year. It was a ridiculous holdout.
