There is no point in re-signing Glenn. If he was cut to avoid paying his full salary, it doesn't make sense. He is getting $500,000 already, and if he gets sign to vet minimum, about $800,000, that's $1.3 Mil, he was scheduled to make $1.7.
I am more concerned at LB than anything else. We can't a foord an injury or we will be in really bad shape.

I am suprised we cut glenn but at the same time the more I think about it this might be the kind of move that needs to be done.
Maybe, just maybe Bill Parcells much like myself, last year couldnt cut aaron because he couldnt imagine not having his experience. Maybe like I am thinking right now How are we going to suit up in 8 days and play against the giants with burress, toomer, smith, shockey and moss with reeves and nate jones back there.
and you know what maybe that is the wrong approach. Maybe the approach should be Lets see reeves get out there and play when it matters. I do like reeves and think he can play, I am undecided on jones because I feel like we still know nothing about him.
So maybe it is just hard letting go of the "Name" but not so hard letting go of the eroding talent?
I dont know, I am just nervous as it is having to play the giants with our line looking shaky and glenn, newman and ellis possibly not playing. Now you throw reeves outside on burress/toomer in an important game. Just makes me nervous.
