There is no point in re-signing Glenn. If he was cut to avoid paying his full salary, it doesn't make sense. He is getting $500,000 already, and if he gets sign to vet minimum, about $800,000, that's $1.3 Mil, he was scheduled to make $1.7.

I am more concerned at LB than anything else. We can't a foord an injury or we will be in really bad shape.

That's the life in NFL 2007.

Quantity of DB's doesnt necessarily defeat this theory. He could have the O-line and D-line where he wants it. Leaving the DB's for last.

I believe he was waived injured, which means he is put straight on IR since he is a vet.

Once we reach an injury settlement with him he will come off IR and be able to sign with any team

But he can only sign with Dallas after six weeks plus how ever many games we paid him in the settlement

So if we give him a 4 game settlement he couldnt sign with us until week 10

I want to start panicing like most of you, but I'm choosing to have faith that Wade knows what he's doing.

That being said, we should have cut Ball and kept Moore, we also should have cut Miles Austin and kept Urban. I also think we should have kept Remi Ayodele , but I'm not sure who we'd cut to keep him. Stephen Bowen maybe?

But I agree. In this scheme, there is no place for "declining" cornerback skills.

With the caveat that the 'developing' ones will be just as, if not more, problematic, but will at least see some light at the end of the tunnel.

Yes, you are correct.

And he couldn't be put on PUP like some have mentioned. The PUP is only for players that were injured prior to camp. Once they practice they are ineligible.
