I still would like a 4th TB instead of a 4th TE. I just don't see the need.

I agree.

I'd hate to let Swaim walk, but had hoped he'd be PS material.

Now Jonas Gray just became available....and more RBs still to come.
Right now, I think the plan is to have Gus or Malena as PS insurance policies if we get an injury.

If you've been paying attention then you've heard that the Cowboys have had a plan all offseason on the RB position. Some decent backs were going to become available after final cuts. That's playing out. Now it's just a matter of which one. Dunbar will be the casualty.

Easiest position to backfill...as we've been saying all along.

Now, if you think we need front-filling, that's a bit different. Lol

Garrett explained multiple times since they drafted Swaim. He can play Y just like Witten.

Those guys are rare these days, colleges are no longer producing those types because of the spread.

Don't forget Murray broke off a long, long run and when caught, fought like four defenders for two minutes until they finally ripped the ball away from him....in essence costing us at least a FG and thus the win. Hope Murray sets the fumbling record this year.

our luck murray will not fumble one time this year.

Broadus seems to think his game more resembles Escobar. While Swaim has proven to be versatile, the blocking apparently hasn't been as impressive as they hoped. But he projects to be at least a solid #2 given his size and versatility, so for a 7th rounder, not bad.

Especially given that's Escobar's role now, and we drafted him in the 2nd.
